호텔객실크기는 생각보다 크며 전체적인 서비스는 매우 훌륭한편임...하지만 리알토 브릿지나 산마르코 광장등 메인스트립과의 거리가 먼것이 조금 불편함

위치가 아주 좋고 걸어서 유적지가 10분거리 조식도 잘나와요

This is an amazing place to stay in Venice right by the Canale Grande. Everything was perfect except for the breakfast, which was very average and well below our expectations for such a hotel. This could be improved to live up to rest of this great venue.

Excelente opção para quem quer ficar no grand canal. Infelizmente o quarto com vista para o mesmo era bem mais caro. Quarto mais antigo, sem muito charme, mas o staff atencioso do hotel compensa bastante. Café da manhã muito bom, apesar de servido numa sala pequena. Gostei da hospedagem! Recomendo

The employers and customer service at Sina Palazzo Sant’Angelo were EXCELLENT. They were so considerate and kind when we checked in and were very helpful rescheduling our next day train when our train was cancelled because of the strike. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent! I highly recommend this hotel!

The property was convenient with beautiful waterfront access. Both the room and the amenities were spotless. All the staff were helpful and professional. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of food. Our welcome prosecco sparkling wine was high-quality. We love our stay and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

The breakfast was pretty good, lots of options and fresh and delicious, they even had Prosecco for mimosas!

This property is a one-minute walk from the Sant Angelo stop on line 1 {vaporetto). Elegant, comfortable and extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Hotel are well located 12 minutes walking distance to San Marcos Square Breakfast are poor , and people unprofessional I ordered a river taxi 24 hours in advance and was told that half an hour before my departure would be sufficient to get to my destination, so that's what I did. The next day, 12 minutes after the agreed time, the taxi still hadn't arrived. The hotel staff blamed the taxi driver and we ended up leaving 15 minutes late. I called my bus driver to let him know and he waited for me for ten minutes. hotel blamed the taxi driver. In the end, we left 15 minutes late. I called my bus driver to let him know, and he waited for me for ten minutes, but I still had to run to catch up. I travel every week and like to have everything organized. I warned the hotel with 24 hours before and they insisted that half an hour would be enough. It seems they didn't count on the 15-minute delay. By the way, the taxi driver told me that he hadn't been booked the day. before and that they called him three minutes before picking me up. In short, the staff are unprofessional and unreliable. They solved everything by blaming the taxi driver. One more example of unprofessionalism.
