Everything was good. However I arrived at the hotel with my own car and I learned that the hotel does not have parking nor offer valet parking. After unloading my luggages, an employee accompanies me to a garage which was a good 300 meters away. Everything was good otherwise.

직원들은 친절하고 위치가 좋아 시내구경가기 좋습니다 객실상태는 매우좋으나 방이 약간 작은편입니다. 조식은 휼륭해요^^

우선 위치가 너무 좋아요 트레비 판테온, 베네치아광장 어디든 걸어서 갈수있고 6층에 루프탑이 있어 일몰보며 술한잔 할 수 있어 너무 만족했습니다

Excellent service, beautiful hotel, fantastic breakfast included with stay, and ideal location central (easy walking distance) to shops, restaurants and sights (Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Coliseum). Short taxi ride to Vatican. Highly recommend!

This hotel was outstanding. Cleanest and most helpful staff. Price is very high but buys worth it.

What an amazing finish to our European vacation! This hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel is in a great location. It is a beautiful boutique hotel. Safe and walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and a little further but walkable (30 min) the Colosseum. The staff was very attentive, called us by name, and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Upon arrival we were provided with a welcome breakfast. The food and service was excellent. Jim's bar and staff were also very friendly and provided great service. The front desk/concierge secured tickets for us to the Trevi Fountain and gave us each a coin to toss in to the fountain. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and we received a welcome note, treats, and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Upon check out/leaving, we were given a guest gift.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the breakfast here was wonderful. My wife and I came here to take our wedding photos, but unfortunately it rained heavily the next day, so we couldn’t go outside for the outdoor shoot. To our surprise, the staff kindly allowed us to take photos inside the hotel instead. It made the whole experience even more special. The room facilities were excellent, and the hotel itself is small but beautifully designed. It was truly a perfect stay and an unforgettable trip.

This was a hard decision to make. I really want to give the hotel 5 stars and it deserves it, but there was a bit that was very irking issue. Smoking!! We were woken up by cigar smoke the second night. It was coming from a room across the hallway. The second night we were coming to the hotel, climing up to the floor where the room was, and entering the hallway we smelled strong cigar smell again. Went down to the reception and here everything begins. We couldn't get a straight answer if the hotel was 100% smoke free property. The reception staff was very ambiguous when call the guest in the room where the smoke was coming from. And they were trying to explain to me that if the room has a terrace, the guests can smoke on the terrace accordig to the Italian law. But if the property is 100% smoke free, shouldn't any smoking on the property be disallowed. Anyway, couldn't get a clear answer from the staff. The hotel mgmt tried to make up the inconvenience, but two evening were upset by unpleasant events. If I knew about the ambiguous smoking policy, I would have stayed at a different hotel.

What an amazing hotel. In the middle of everything yet an oasis of peace. The service is outstanding. The staff go well beyond what is expected and nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely be back. Cannot recommend highly enough.
