This was a hard decision to make. I really want to give the hotel 5 stars and it deserves it, but there was a bit that was very irking issue. Smoking!! We were woken up by cigar smoke the second night. It was coming from a room across the hallway. The second night we were coming to the hotel, climing up to the floor where the room was, and entering the hallway we smelled strong cigar smell again. Went down to the reception and here everything begins. We couldn't get a straight answer if the hotel was 100% smoke free property. The reception staff was very ambiguous when call the guest in the room where the smoke was coming from. And they were trying to explain to me that if the room has a terrace, the guests can smoke on the terrace accordig to the Italian law. But if the property is 100% smoke free, shouldn't any smoking on the property be disallowed. Anyway, couldn't get a clear answer from the staff. The hotel mgmt tried to make up the inconvenience, but two evening were upset by unpleasant events. If I knew about the ambiguous smoking policy, I would have stayed at a different hotel.

What an amazing hotel. In the middle of everything yet an oasis of peace. The service is outstanding. The staff go well beyond what is expected and nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely be back. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Excellent 5 star property! Check in was amazing! The young lady who checked us in reviewed our itinerary and arranged taxi rides and even a boxed breakfast for the early morning excursion we had arranged. She was extremely helpful and we were very impressed with her follow through on everything! Breakfast was a la carte and delicious with amazing variety. Everyone was eager to help! We definitely would like to return when we are in Rome!

Amazing hotel. I am a very seasoned traveler, and have stayed in some phenomenal accomodations. This is without a doubt one of the best, if the not the best, hotel I've ever stayed in. Their commitment to ensure you have a phenomenal stay is top notch. I will definitely stay here again when in Rome.

Gorgeous hotel with excellent service. Loved the fact that it’s relatively small. Breakfast was delicious. Traveled with a baby and stuff provided tons accommodations including crib, bathtub, toys, eating utensils etc. The location is very good, walkable to pretty much every tourist site.

The property was very nice but the best experience was their service and the location. I highly recommend Singer Palace.

This hotel is clean; the staff was friendly and professional. The location is central to shopping, dining and tourist sites.

Great stay

From the welcome at our Uber, immediate help with our luggage to the front desk. Impeccable service. Our experience was 5 star by all the staff !! Our stay was just one day. They were very accommodating by allowing us to check in early. Room was great, size a little tight but we were traveling with alot of luggage. Bed was very comfortable, shower/bath excellent. Toiletries scents were beautiful. Dinner was 5 star, again the service & attention to detail was outstanding. Very hospitable & everyone was very pleasant to speak to. Wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely a come back to hotel! Thank you for making our 1st time & night in Rome a memorable one!
