We stayed here for our last 3 nights in Sardinia. Front desk agent, Marcello, was incredibly helpful and friendly and we enjoyed seeing him daily. The hotel was spotless and clean. The balcony was big and spacious and had a lovely view of the sea. We really enjoyed our time in the spa and saunas and felt the experience was worth the price to unwind and relax. The location was perfect and we walked into the historic town along the sea every night for dinner. We took advantage of the free parking lot which was a nice addition. We enjoyed a drink and lunch at the hotel bar patio which has a gorgeous view! The lunch was tasty, but a little pricey. Our only negative would be that the pool was too cold to dip into!

Charged a room service fee when it was not requested, has ordered food from the pool bar. The massage therapist was not certified / licensed The restaurant was partially closed due to staffing issues. For a noted 5 star hotel, the service was overall poor.

Das Hotel ist laut Beschreibung zwar ein fünf Sterne Hotel jedoch fragt man sich, woher diese fünf Sterne kommen. Aus unserer Sicht maximal ein vier Sterne plus Hotel. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir schon etwas später in der Saison angekommen sind, aber das Personal war nicht sehr freundlich und hatte kein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Es kam eher genervt und angespannt rüber. Auch gab es in unserem Zimmer nur einen Bademantel, obwohl wir zu zweit waren. Wir hatten den Spa-Bereich also nur alleine aufsuchen können. Man muss allerdings sagen, der Ausblick ist hervorragend und unbeschreiblich schön, wenn man einen Meerblick direkt zur Straßen hat. Tolle Sonnenuntergänge kann man dort erleben! Dennoch, das Hotel ist etwas in Jahre gekommen und hätte einen Anstrich ganz gut vertragen. Das Frühstück morgens war okay allerdings tatsächlich nur vergleichbar mit einem Buffet in einem ganz normalen Viersternehotel. Es reicht halt nicht nur eine schöne Lobby zu haben. Auch das Hotel an sich sollte gepflegt sein und wenn man fünf Sterne haben möchte, dann sollte das Personal sehr freundlich sein und den Gästen nach Möglichkeit jeden Wunsch aus dem Gesicht ablesen können. Schließlich zahlt man dafür auch den einen Stern mehr. Fazit: ein schönes maximal Viersternehotel, das leider Gottes zu hohe Preise hat für das, was es bietet und bereits ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist. Dennoch war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, wenn auch für das was geboten wird einfach zu teuer!

Très bon accueil. Hôtel confortable avec des services digne d'un 4/5 etoiles En revanche, le parking de l hôtel est beaucoup trop petit et ouvert à tout le monde, du coup il est difficile de trouver des places pour se garer le soir en rentrant. Autre remarque, nous étions en demi pension et autant côté petit dejeuner, il y a profusion de choix et il n y a rien à redire, c'est même excellent, en revanche pour le diner c'est l'inverse, 2 plats ( 1 viande/ 1poisson) et 1 dessert type gateau ...pas de fromage certains soirs . Ceci dit c'est très qualitatif mais le choix est vraiment trop limité pour un buffet d'hôtel de cette gamme. Personnel toujours accueillant...

Chegamos no hotel por volta das 21 hs e não tinha vaga para o carro e nem Valet para estacionar. Nossa diária incluía jantar e o buffet estava fechado e comida de baixa qualidade. A localização é muito boa, dá para ir a pé para o centro de Alghero. Nosso quarto era grande, renovado e com vista para a piscina e mar. Cama e travesseiros ruins, muito duros e roupa de cama de baixa qualidade. Com certeza não é um hotel 5 estrelas

Limited food options , no beach access , smell horrible outside the hotel due to sewage waste The nearest beach to swim is 20 minutes at least walking or taking the bus to other beaches Very disappointed and won’t recommend this location

Excellent service and location

A perfect selection for foreign trackers to Alghero who enjoy high end hotels without being overly pretentious. The too S are comfortable however the beds are terrible firm and should all be outfitted with memory foam covers. They also sit a bit low to the ground but people in Europe tend to be shorter in general. The breakfast buffet was great with many options.

Bra hotel med en mycket bra frukost. Kort promenad om ca 15min till Gamla stan och bra restauranger i närheten.

Smuk beliggenhed og fine fællesarealer. Gåafstand til meget hyggelig centrum. Sengen er lidt hård. God morgenbuffet, men aftensbuffet er ikke værd pengene.

Hotel com amplo espaços, atendimento muito bom, conforto bom (poderia ser melhor) e custo beneficio muito bom. Café da manhã ótimo.

Oppholdet og hotellet var fantastisk. Frokost veldig bra, bassengområdet veldig bra. Kun små ting som trekker ned: Litt hard seng og dårlig utvalg på middagsbuffeet. Ikke aircondition på treningsrom. Spaet var fantastisk. kort vei til gamlebyen med spiseplasser og liv på kveldstid. Kommer gjerne tilbake

I am typically not a complainer and I traveled all through Italy weeks prior to this stay. We picked this place hoping for a nice 5 star stay after all the crazy travels. I want to fist say how did this place get 5 stars?!? Was it earned or given? It was a terrible property the customer service is absolute trash. We paid extra for two separate beds as I am traveling with my grandma and they practically refused to give us another room until we argued with them. Mind you we paid extra for this specific room. Later on at the dinner buffet staff made comments about our “problems” at check in we had multiple staff ask us what happened?! How un professional! When we simply paid for a room with 2 separate beds. We wanted what we paid for. $1,800 for 3 nights, what a WASTE!!!! We wanted a queen and a twin and we’re give a queen room and then told they would bring up a bed! What a joke! For $1,800 I would not sleep on a rollaway bed!! The dinner buffet was 2 stars! Food was okay! Breakfast was great!! You would think after paying for dinner the least they could do is include water! I get that wine and cocktails aren’t included but water?!? Overall would not recommend this property!! (The female bartender in the mornings by herself she was great!!!!! Makes a killer margarita!! Didn’t catch her name.)

Beautiful Location, but Overall an Average experience We recently stayed at this property in Alghero and would describe our overall experience as okay, especially considering the expectations that come with a 5-star hotel. The location is definitely a highlight — just a short 15-minute walk from Alghero’s charming old town and set right along the coastline, offering lovely sea views. The property itself is well-maintained. The breakfast spread was good, with a decent variety to choose from, and the swimming pool area was nice for a relaxed afternoon. That said, the experience felt more transactional than truly hospitable — something you wouldn’t typically expect at a 5-star level. While everything functioned well, it lacked the warmth, attentiveness, and personalization that elevate a hotel stay from good to exceptional. If you’re looking for a conveniently located property with a solid baseline of amenities, this hotel delivers. But if you’re expecting a truly luxurious, service-driven 5-star experience, you might find it a bit underwhelming

5 étoiles à l'italienne, pas de minibar rempli, pas de room service, personnel soit super sympa et avenant soit complètement fermé selon sur quelle personne on tombe. Upgradés sur une suite (bonne surprise), magnifique et spacieuse, propreté impeccable (sauf terrasse), sdb parfaite, literie parfaite. Grande piscine calme (début juin) et agréable. Très bonne situation de l'établissement, le centre ville se fait à pieds via une petite marche.
