Took off one star because I had to ask a couple of times to refill the body wash and shampoo and to clean my room and there was a female employee that was not welcoming so I avoided her when I needed anything and food could have been better. Besides that I loved my stay and alot of the employees that went out of their way to accommodate me in every way. Already planning on going back 😁

Very clean room and delicious food

The room was clean with daily housekeeping services. The staff were very friendly and respectful.

Staff is AMAZINGGG. All very attentive and friendly. Location of hotel is great and very safe. Me and two of my girlfriends took a trip for spring break, and we will definitely be coming back. Shout out to Donovan the poolside bartender, he was a great vibe and super kind!

The location is good and access to Doctors cave beach is good

Perfect location in the middle of everything and right across from the beach. Rooms are a little dated but the staff and vibe more than compensate. Make sure to kearn luddie and have a great time

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Deja Resort. The staff was extremely accommodating from arrival through checkout and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Since we booked last minute due to attending a funeral, our reservations were split and required room changes. Lauryn at the front desk was an absolute angel throughout the process and made everything seamless; truly the best. We loved having access to the private beach directly across the street, where umbrellas and chairs were available to rent at an affordable price. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the made-to-order omelettes were a standout. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would gladly return.

This was my first time and felt as if i immediately gained a new family! Clean, friendly staff and a lot to do on the property.

Can;'t call it a resort. Very less veg food option.. Almost no activities in the resort. It is more of a hotel then a resort.

Staff was amazing

The property was completely misrepresented on Expedia, there is no way this propertly should have been rated 8.0. The room was terrible you could barely get the sliding door to what they call “the balcony” open. The security lock was hanging from the door, bathroom lock was missing! The room was in terrible condition. The floors were stained and baseboards and were rotted in the corners. The tub was dirty the towels and wash cloths that were supposed to be white were a dingy gray they looked like they had been used as cleaning rags and were still dirty, some almost worn through. I have pictures to prove the condition on our room. The buffet was not good either, the only other option on the inclusive is their Italian restaurant, which was nicely set tables on a private patio with limited selection that didn’t change. The pictures made it look beach front it says chairs and umbrellas available, it doesn’t say the beach is the public beach across the street and if you want 2 chairs and an umbrella it is $21 a day to rent it at the beach. The pool and pool bar closed at 530 every day. All drinks at the resort were served in tiny plastic glasses, even beer. This was not a good experience we considered finding new accomodations but didn't want to lose the money we paid or anymore time from our vacation than we did trying to find someplace else to go. Extremely disappointed!

Rooms clean food ok but mostly bland, towels need bleaching or new ones

The room and garden were quite nice. The staff were mostly nice. The food was truly horrendous, in many cases essentially inedible, enhanced by the regular waiting to enter a buffet restaurant. We will not be returning.
