Room was nice, pool was great, beach was okay would like if it was cleaner. Rocks and weeds was rough

Had a wonderful time, staff were mostly kind and had smiles. The pools were very clean and I always so someone cleaning the resort and rooms. Gift shops were a bit expensive, especially the snacks. Otherwise everything else was included (free) and was delicious. Route 66 vegan patty did make me ill so I do not recommend that.

The property is very well maintained however the service is very very poor.. not enough amenities in the room such as tea options nor snacks, staff took too long to clean room.. all restaurants close at 10pm.. why there is no spot for late night snacks plus the bed needs a new mattress, the bath tub needs to be checked.. and my car was hit by a next car in the parking lot

Here’s a cleaner and more polished version of your review while still keeping your honest opinion and personal tone: I want to believe this hotel is still somewhat new and they haven’t fully gotten everything together as yet, so I’ll give them some grace. First of all, check-in takes a very long time. Also, be mindful about the bedding situation. Even if you request a king bed on the website, you may only get whatever is available when you check in. The hotel also doesn’t seem designed for rainy days, so keep that in mind if you’re booking during the rainy season. As for the drinks, to really enjoy them you need to purchase the Privilege Package or higher. The regular all-inclusive package only includes house drinks, which honestly makes the experience feel limited. The resort is also kind of boring during the daytime because the entertainment is not very well organized. Housekeeping still needs improvement as well. However, there are a few things I really enjoyed. The coffee shop is nice, some of the food is great — especially the hibachi and several options in the buffet — and I loved the little ice cream bar. There are a lot of trolley cars around the property, but I’m not sure what their purpose is because no one ever offers guests rides, even though I saw some guests using them. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Jamaica where the staff regularly offered trolley rides around the resort. They just need more experienced personnel to truly give guests that authentic Jam

I would like to thank Lamar the chef from Sugarcane restaurant for going out of his way to make my birthday dinner AWESOME. The restaurant ran out of escovitch fish Lamar went out of his way to go to another restaurant and get the fish for me. I felt so special. JoeMarie the butler was a sweetheart. The staff is so friendly and respectful. I will be back very soon. I’m glad I decided to take a chance regardless of the negative feedback

The customer services was horrible my room had the worst smell. I had to request another room and had to pay then when I got the new room it smelled so horrible. I would like my money back for the payment of the knew room. That resort will not last if customer services doesn’t change

With the exception of the room service team which took my order then send an email confirming delivery of said order, whilst not actually delivering the order (Resulting in me waiting around for no reason) the resort was good. Omar from the front desk was exceptional at his job and was extremely professional event with large groups processing for check in.

Def book this hotel. In the cut but def worth the stay. I enjoyed my time there. The staff was amazing

Clean. Friendly staff. A shout out to Odette at the towel booth. Great food choices. Pool is huge! Kids' area is exceptional. The beach is shallow with rocks. Not for jumping in the waves. Lots of seating by the pool and on the beach.

I liked everything clean convenient.Expansive property very nice people, if you go in the ocean , take swimshoes , you need it for the rocks , otherwise the water is perfect.

Everything was good there was some hiccups but we enjoyed our selfs

The facilities are well kept and the room that we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The entertainment and food was excellent, chef Fabian is exceptional. The management staff is of the highest caliber, they went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was one to remember. Thanks to Ms Danisha, Mr. Higgins, Mr Valentine and all the other staff members. Five star rating 👌
