The spa was relaxing. The spa staff was very nice. The Bellman,courtney provided excellent service.

Definitely not an all-inclusive resort when dining options are limited and payment is required to utilize the VR games room. The waterpark is really a play area for small kids. The room was musty with multiple stains on the furniture. Key access to the room was limited to the adults only and was a big inconvenience whenever one of the kids needed to go to the room. The beach was a disappointment as it seemed more like an area of stagnant water. Areas for dining and drinking had worn out furniture and counters. The nightclub was also a big disappointment as it was musty and lacked a party ambiance.The food was a bit better than other places but the alcoholic drinks were mediocre at best. The only plus was the lazy river, bowling alley and live shows. Despite a multitude of issues which was brought to management's attention, they never offered anything as a gesture of goodwill for the inconveniences. And with all that, they still wanted to sell us a vacation club package. Really? Definitely a 4/10 experience.

Tracey Ann from Martha's Market was the best server we've had on this trip. The service was excellent. The hotel was beautiful. The restaurants especially the Jerk Hut was great. Clean rooms. Responsive staff. Amazing service. The requests for banners on doors was prompt. Although it was a family resort it didn't detract from the adult vibes. There was always something to do from exercise to pool games. I didn't get a chance to eat at all the restaurants but most had decent food.

Lovely staff lovely property

The talent is amazing. Wish they had multiple show times per day as opposed to just the night shows. The dancers at the shows and the live band music are definitely the best part of the hotel. Food was alright, VERY salty and VERY sweet at times but tasted okay other than that.

Room was well kept, staff were very polite, enjoyed the food and property. I will definitely revisit Ocean Coral in the future. Lorraine assistant manager was quite pleasant and friendly she went above and beyond for her customers. Overall customers service is excellent.

It’s a good family resort with lots to do and dining options but didn’t like the 25 dollar per person surcharge for room service being an all inclusive. Some times you like to chill with breakfast in bed or late night bite and 25 dollars a person is a bit steep if you have 2 or more family members at a all inclusive hotel.

Coral Spring is an excellent getaway for families. The kids enjoyed the various activities especially the talent show. The food was scrumptious however the restaurants' schedule kept changing and not open each day. They advertise the reservation-free restaurants as though they are always accessible and they're not.

I was extremely satisfied with the warmth of every staff member who i encountered. However, I would be remis if I did not single out my room attendant on the day I checked out (9/25) who returned the item of clothing I left behind, and the tenacious attitude of the guest service representative (I think Shakeria) who ensured that it was found and safely returned. I shall returne!

The rooms were beautiful. The tub wasn’t appealing. The restaurants and bars had different days and hours they were available. Didn’t have a lot of Jamaican food options to me.

The resort is beautiful. I was privelage guest and was most treat like i wasnt suppose to be there. Restaurants mostly. The air went out on our last night stay. Had to have my birthday dinner in a restaurant privilege and reservation only dinning sweltering heat. And it didnt get better. Went to room to change after sweating out my clothing. My room was at also hot. When call guest services no accommodation only excuses. I wouldn't purchase the privilege if you actually looking forward to butler services offered in pkg. Butlers do not stay on property.

Absolutely loved our stay with the entire family. The kids had a blast. The resort is stunning, very clean, lots of variety and options for activities and food, and the staff are the most welcoming and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back!

Very clean and hospitality is perfect

Beautiful property with varied activities. Built in 2019. Staff is very friendly. We paid for the privilege room so that came with extrs perks. Bring swim shoes because the property is in Falmouth on the Caribbean sea and the sea bed is rocky. And make sure you book transportation. It’s about 40 minutes from the airport. We would definitely visit again, by God's grace.
