Friendly staff, clean room, needs handle bar in bathroom for senior.

The air-conditioning was great. But the water was cold in the shower, with no pressure. The toilet needs repairing. Otherwise the place is ok for one night stay.

We stayed 6 nights in beautiful cabin six with its huge cliffside patio overlooking the sea, and were very happy to be there. Very comfortable king-size bed with excellent view, top-notch AC, ceiling fan, large bathroom and closet with safe, separate outdoor shower area. We were close to the bar/restaurant and public WC, which was handy. We loved climbing down the steps and then the ladder to snorkel in the warm sea. The few problems include the toilet in the bathroom separated from the bedroom with a 2/3rd wall, which wasn’t exactly romantic. Some small maintenance items that could’ve been done to spliff up what is obviously a well kept older property. Biggest negative was the restaurant food and prices. The setting was gorgeous, the service was good (especially Jessica!) but after our first dinner, we decided to eat elsewhere for better food at lower prices. Still, I enjoyed several times the delicious chicken soup. We highly recommend Xtabi On The Cliffs for its spacious cabins, beautiful grounds, breathtaking views, exciting caves, great value, and friendly professional staff. We’ll be back to our new favorite Negril spot. ❤️

First I was in a tiny hut on the cliffs which did not look like the pictures on Orbitz. They said because I booked it through Orbitz I get the small one. I made them move me the next day. all the furniture that you sit on on the cliffs in the back of your hut was broken. You couldn’t even lay down on the lounges brought it to their attention was told we will bring you a new one never got them . I couldn’t enjoy sitting privately in my own space. They weigh all their liquor so don’t think you’re going to get a decent drink ever advise you bring your own alcohol. Make your own drinks. All the electricity went out, which was not their fault, but they only had a generator for certain areas of their main bar hut. None of the rooms on either side had generators so you couldn’t take a shower and you couldn’t see anything. If it wasn’t for the location on the cliffs, it wouldn’t be worth going to.

I've never met a staff as kind, courteous, and friendly as this! They were always most helpful, pleasant and so nice. The property is so beautiful and tranquil. I really enjoyed my stay. I plan to visit again in a few months and I'll be staying there again!

Clean rooms and good a/c Property needs makeover.

The room only had a fan the a/c was upgrade but the stay was quiet & relaxing the beach by the rocks & the cave was excellent I’m coming back soon.

David was available on property always as owner ! We had help from Yandy, Vanessa , Steven , and many others ! Drivers Damien and Allan were always available always friendly . we had to switch rooms due to an AC issue, but it was made easy ! We love Xtabi !

A great clean place to stay. Don’t forget it’s 6 US a day for a refrigerator.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Good AC. Spacious room. My room could be converted to split level the ceiling was so high. Would be a great view of the sea from the top. Enjoyed my stay.

We enjoyed our stay. I thought we booked a sea view but it was a room on the garden side. The room was comfortable, ceiling fan & A/C worked great! There is no fridge, no microwave or smart tvs in the rooms. There is a TV with cable service but would have preferred smart tv to login to a streaming app or YouTubeto to watch movies late night. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. The sea views at the restaurant are AMAZING. The food was pretty good. The caves underneath the restaurant were great just need more lighting. We have stayed many boutique hotels Westend Negril & this was a nice place for the most part. However unlike many hotels we have visited the entrance is not guarded of which is always a plus. We would consider visiting again but a room sea side.

The room was well-maintained. I have no problems when I stay there. I’ve stayed there multiple times and we’ll continue to stay there.

I have been to Jamaica many, many times over the years. Things have markedly deteriorated since the pandemic and have also gotten much more expensive. This hotel was OK but the area around it has deteriorated.

Have stayed here several times before. Even when I don't stay in a room here, I always come for a swim and support the bar. No complaints here! Irie! Big up to all the staff here! Soon come!
