Clean room. Friendly staff. Good AC. Spacious room. My room could be converted to split level the ceiling was so high. Would be a great view of the sea from the top. Enjoyed my stay.

We enjoyed our stay. I thought we booked a sea view but it was a room on the garden side. The room was comfortable, ceiling fan & A/C worked great! There is no fridge, no microwave or smart tvs in the rooms. There is a TV with cable service but would have preferred smart tv to login to a streaming app or YouTubeto to watch movies late night. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. The sea views at the restaurant are AMAZING. The food was pretty good. The caves underneath the restaurant were great just need more lighting. We have stayed many boutique hotels Westend Negril & this was a nice place for the most part. However unlike many hotels we have visited the entrance is not guarded of which is always a plus. We would consider visiting again but a room sea side.

The room was well-maintained. I have no problems when I stay there. I’ve stayed there multiple times and we’ll continue to stay there.

I have been to Jamaica many, many times over the years. Things have markedly deteriorated since the pandemic and have also gotten much more expensive. This hotel was OK but the area around it has deteriorated.

Have stayed here several times before. Even when I don't stay in a room here, I always come for a swim and support the bar. No complaints here! Irie! Big up to all the staff here! Soon come!

Great experience specially the caves

This is a property that boasts some of the best views from the cliffs in Jamaica. Located on the Westend there are many amenities on property as well as surrounding it. Staying cliff side is the best with most rooms having air conditioning. Make sure to stop by the bar for one of their famous drinks and enjoy some of the best food.

Beautiful property and grounds well taken care of. Friendly staff. Caves were very cool and easy to access. Restaurant food was very good but pricey with small quantity. Only issue for me was shower head. Bad water pressure. I would absolutely return

The property needs to be updated. Furniture and bedding old fashioned. Had to ask for towels daily. Toilet was broken. Had to use the garbage can to get water from outside and flush the toilet. I came to ja for my aunt funeral 4 night/ 5days and expected better. Will not be returning. Thats why i stay at all inclusive when i go with my wife and son

Nice, older property. A/C worked great. Restaurant manager George is outstanding. Only complaint was no coffee maker in room as we wake up at 6am and restaurant doesn't open till 8am. No place nearby was open either for coffee.

I stayed here for 2 nights. Such a lovely and cozy stay There is a place for improvement but I Loved everything about here. Restaurants and the view is breathtaking. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The views of the ocean are stunning with excellent water for snorkeling. The caves were cool to explore. The staff were kind and helpful. We enjoyed our meals at the restaurant. Definitely would stay here again!

Stayed in cottage #2 for 4 nights on the cliffs before I headed to 7 mile beach. Staff was warm and inviting. Food and drinks were good, especially the fish and rum punch! Loved the outdoor shower. The best part was opening the French doors in the morning to my private patio on the sea! And hearing the crashing waves all night from my room was wonderful. I will visit again!

It was our first time staying on the cliffs in Negril. You are kind of in the middle of it all at Xtabi, so be willing to walk or take a ride for a destination. Room was rustic, but nice. No coffee pot or tv, but had a fridge. Was able to rent a coffee pot, but not a given. We had the first cottage from bar/restaurant and was right on cliff side, view was breathtaking. Would not recommend staying with children here, road is too narrow to maneuver, ocean too rough and pool was not super kid exciting.

The staff were welcoming and accommodating. The manager upgraded my room to beach view for free. I appreciated the tranquility of my stay at Xtabi resort. Will return again!
