Fairfield by Marriott Tochigi Nikko

직원이 매우 친절하고, 물어본 내용에 대해서 상세하게 알려줘서 좋았습니다.

프론트 직원의 접객 태도나 룸 컨디션은 훌륭합니다. 다만 호텔 내에 레스토랑이 없어 식사는 본인이 준비하거나 밖에서 먹어야 하고 객실 내에 욕조가 없어 샤워만 할 수 있습니다. 로비에 안락한 소파와 테이블이 있고 전자렌지 등이 구비되어 있어 식사를 할 수 있고 커피머신이 있어 아주 잘 활용하였습니다. 위치는 도부닛코역에서 떨어져 있어 택시를 이용하는 것을 추천합니다.(1,000엔) 호텔이 오르막에 있어 걸어가기에는 약간 힘이 들 수 있습니다. 호텔에서 오전(9~11시, 호텔-도부닛코역), 오후(18~20시, 도부닛코역-호텔) 각각 3번의 셔틀을 운행하나 승합자로 좌석이 많지 않아 미리 예약을 추천합니다.

침구의 편안함과 모던 깔끔 세련된 인테리어.호텔리어들의 친절함 2박. 닛코 답사겸 친구랑 함께 머물렀는데 다시 또 바로 찾고싶어지내요. 닛코오면 다시 꼭 머물고 싶어요. 오늘 다른 지역에 숙박하고 있는데 여기가 그리워지네요.

Very nice and clean property. It is perfect except for maybe the location. Nikko in general is more spread out and harder to navigate. This property really felt out of the way of basically everything. That being said, as long as you don't mind taking a few taxis and strategically use their complimentary shuttle times, then it really is a nice place to stay.

I loved how close it was to everything. At night, it looked kind of magical from the outside. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. I would absolutely stay here again if I visit Nikko.

Fairfield is nestled in a tranquil and charming yet convenient location. We love the convenience and availability of free onsite parking. The staff were very helpful in providing dining recommendations and also helping us to register for Marriott membership. With 1 hour late check out, we were able to slow down and enjoy the morning with an amazing breakfast from a pop up truck. The common and well stocked dining area also facilitated social interaction and I got to know a few friends from Italy and New Zealand. My family really enjoyed our stay at Fairfield and of course this amazing place Nikko, full of surprises and awesome nature.

Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable.

This is a modern hotel. The beds were much softer than we have previously found in Japan. The hotel is some distance from the train/bus station and shops and restaurants. But a 1000 Yen taxi from the train station got us there OK. The hotel has a small shop selling food (soups, pizza etc) and drinks (Inc beer and wine). While we were there, there was a breakfast cart outside from which we purchased a nice breakfast one morning. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Clean, modern and spacious rooms, good wifi, hotel seems to be brand new. Front desk staff was very friendly and attentive. Shuttle worked well, taxi services stop quite early so makes it difficult to go for dinner in town if you don’t have a car.

This hotel was perfect! Beautiful and comfortable rooms, had everything we needed. Staff were really lovely. Great location for exploring Nikko if you have a car.

Lovely staff, ample parking and a spacious, clean room. The room layout is a little strange with the sink being in the bedroom with a screen divider and there seems to be more attention to style than practicalities i.e. no hooks, shelves, drawers etc. However, we had a great stay and good nights' sleep.

Assurez vous de demander une chambre avec vu vers l’avant (jardin) car l’arrière n’est pas très beau. Très apprécié d’avoir une machine à café au rez de chaussée, un espace extérieur type terrasse. Le matin un food truck était présent.

Great stay, although a ways from town and cab fares varied every time. Spacious room for Japan. Enjoyed the shared kitchen facilities with coffee machine.
