이 가격에 여길 왜 오는 건가요? 석식도 포함이 아니고 흡연방과 다 연결되어 있어서 계속 담배냄새가 났습니다. 싼것도 아니고 동네가 뭐 할께 딱히 있는것도 아니고 석식은 동네 중식당에서 먹었는데 한국인이라고 하는 순간 얼굴 찌푸리는 동네입니다. 돈 많이 내고 인종차별을 경험하고 싶다면 오세요. 온천주인과 직원 전부 영어도 못 합니다.

Honestly the most amazing experience I had while in Japan. The onsen in the room was heavenly and so relaxing to be able to use after walking around the lake. They also have the friendliest and most considerate staff. I highly recommend and will be staying again for my next trip.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was amazing and welcoming, and everyone tried their absolute best to help us in every way. The rooms were beautiful and big, and the breakfast was delicious. I can recommend this hotel enough.

Expensive but worth the price if you want a unique experience. You walk into the property and the staff takes your bags for you and guides you to your room. The staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful here. The room is large and comfortable with a private outdoor onsen that'll melt your problems away. The outside of your room has a little garden that has a cherry blossoms and its beautiful. As well as a koi pond but not directly connected with your room. The breakfast that was served was immaculate and delicious. If it didn't break the bank, I'd stay again.

This hotel was the best experience we had during our 2 week tour of Japan. The service and room accommodations were outstanding. If yo are looking for a great experience in the area, this is best place you will find. The views of Mt Fuji at breakfast were outstanding. Thank you to the staff for a great experience.

Thank you Fuji Onsenji Yumedomo for an amazing, truly magical experience. It’s an excellent place for those who want a real glimpse into the Japanese hot spring bath culture. The hospitality is at the absolute highest level one could expect. The breakfast was incredible, so artful and delicious. I would love to return someday.

A quiet hotel with only 13 rooms. Room is big and very comfortable, with outdoor onsen. Location is approximately 20 mins walk to Lake Kawaguchiko and train/bus station. The hotel provides pick-up from the station upon check-in and sends you to the station when check-out. Ample parking lot if you are renting a car. Lawson next to hotel and bus stops are nearby. Very friendly staff. They even have a Starbucks coffee machine in their lounge. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property and private onsen. Very spacious room (regular room) with great features like sights into the private garden, additional seating and luggage area, large bathroom and our favorite part, the private onsen. The onsen was a very nice stone material great for two and a perfect temperature of 42/107 degrees. Great bathroom and large t.v. Very close to views of Fuji, walk to the lake annd a few grocery stores. Also a great ramen truck across the street. Amazing to see that the suits are not much more expensive $200-300 USD more. Only con was the king bed was not very comfortable. It had two doubles put together with two toppers which made it awkward and pushed you either very close to your partner or very far. Overall would stay again.

The property is very beautiful and well taken cared of. We had an amazing stay with them. Our room even came with its own private view of mount fuji!

Incredible venue for a relaxing time. The private onsen was relaxing and the room itself was amazing with plenty of space to find peace and quiet. The kaiseki and breakfast was delicious and the private dining rooms felt intimate and personal. Overall an impeccable place to visit and relax b

The property is in such an excellent condition. Conveniently located as well, as it is a short walk to Lawson, and also to Lake Kawaguchiko. There are some restaurants around and within walking distance too. Each room comes with it's own onsen, and so convenient. The only downside is the lack of view from the rooms. But the service is impeccable.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed at. The design and functionality was unwatched. We had a personal onsen that was better than pictured and the closet and entryway provided lots of storage to keep our suitcases out of sight. I cannot reccomend this place enough. The traditional Japanese breakfast was incredible and beautifully presented. Place is within walking distance of many restaurants and Lake Kawaguchi. This property is an extremely over priced tourist trap at mt Fuji. Do yourself a favor stay elsewhere and if you want an onsen experience go to onsen Yurari in mt Fuji for the day.

So kind!! Everyone made us feel like royalty and the room was stunning! Really clean and really beautiful. They also accommodated a vegetarian breakfast for me that was spectacular!!
