We have stay here for 2 days 1 nights and we got a very good experience here. The staff really concern about us by email to ask some basic information before we arrive in Japan. When we are at the Kawaguchiko station they send a car to pick up us and can keep our luggage before check in time. Near to the hotel, there are bus stop number 4,7,8 so it is easy for us to travel around Kawaguchiko area. Just walk from hotel for a few minutes, we can find convenient store, restaurant and along the way we can see the Mt. Fuji. The room is very big, nice and clean. The bath room is Japanese style and can access directly to our private Onsen. (We can call staff to adjust the Onsen temperature). The hotel provides us the colorful Yukata - the Male and Female have different Yukata color. So we can wear it to take a picture, especially with Mt. Fuji. (We cannot see the Mt. Fuji in the room but just walk out from the hotel we can see very huge Mt Fuji.) The hotel provides the option for Breakfast and Dinner but we select only Breakfast. For Breakfast, They serve us in the room and the food are on the beautiful plate :) we really love the food here. During this time the hotel will check with us when do you want to go back to Kawaguchigo station so they can prepare a car to send us.

Good location , clean and nice welcome near fuji view , if you like Onnsen , reccomend to fuji Onsen
