힐튼 가든 인 교토 시조 가라스마

건물청결상태와 룸 상태 그리고 서비스까지 모든게 완벽하고 좋은 호텔입니다. 단 아침식사가 좀 별로예요, 메뉴도 단조롭고 호텔의 다른 부분에 비해서 약간 부족해보입니다.

규모는 크지 않지만 짜임새 있고, 깨끗하고 친절한 호텔이다. 시내 중심과와도 10분내외로 갈 수 있으며, 가격도 비싸지 않은 것 같다.

New clean room but the room was small, found hair on bed and in shower, could smell grilled fish in the morning and nights.

Good location well situated next to a lot of good transport links. Hotel very clean and comfortable. Bed very comfortable. Rooms very small, cleaners didn’t clean the room each day just made the bed, food and drinks in the hotel bar quite expensive. Ok hotel probably wouldn’t rush back.

The hotel is great! We had to switch hotels because the other one we were staying at had a very musty smell and the AC wasn’t working properly. This was a last minute change and ae couldn’t be happier. The rooms are small but very effective. Very comfortable and practical. The staff is the nicest and the breakfast options were also great. The location is perfect and walkable to lots of main places like the nishiki market and Gion. Very happy with the stay!

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, super clean and organized. We enjoyed our stay it was a very calm place to be after a long flight. They made everything so easy in our vacation

We really liked the location, it's less than five minutes walk to the subway and a short walk to different bus stations. Nice room and common spaces. We would book again if in Kyoto.

This is the best Hilton Property I have ever stayed in. The front desk and food people were beyond excellent. The chef made a unique special GF pasta dish for me. At breakfast, all the dishes show allergen ingredients, so it was easy to find GF. The rooms are large compared to other Japan hotels we stayed in. The staff were helpful in finding my lost passport I left in a taxi and helped us with a money transfer-actually went with us to a bank. I cannot say enough about the service we received!

入住時前台搞錯了房型，我們訂大床房，入住後發現有另外一張單人床。回報給前台後，前台即時的處理我們的問題，整體服務不錯。早餐的選擇和變化不多，吃到第三天就膩了。

Beautiful property in a lovely location. Don't let the name fool you. This is not your average HGI. Opened in 2022 this hotel punches well above its weight and offers excellent value.
