호시노야 후지

너무나 만족스러웠던 숙박. 후지산뷰가 기가 막히게 아름다워서 너무 행복했습니다. 아침에 욕조안에서 반신욕을 하며 바라보던 후지산은 영원히 기억날 것 같네요. 룸서비스로 먹은 저녁과 아침도 정말 맛있었어요! 직원분들의 친절함은 말 할 것도 없구요!! 언젠가 꼭 다시오고 싶어요.

I really enjoyed my stay with Hoshino Resorts. The facilities were well maintained, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Whenever I needed assistance, they responded quickly and were very helpful, which made the whole stay feel relaxing and comfortable.

入住4天3夜是非常值得、非常棒的體驗 房間的景色100分，很幸運的入住4天得到滿滿的富士山 參加飯店自費的活動，非常滿意 唯獨因爲石油短缺，無提供房間陽台篝火有些失望（但也能夠體諒） 餐廳也剛好這段期間在整修，但是影響不大 服務人員非常親切、有禮貌 提出的需求也得到立即處理，非常感謝！ 期待下次再訪

No proper introduction to property and amenities Staff not too friendly

So peaceful & quiet amongst the trees, very relaxing stay.

The staff was very professional and friendly, enjoyed their company, food was great!! And of course the view of the mountain was spectacular! Very quiet and peaceful place to stay, would highly recommend this resort.

The place is simply amazing. You are in the middle of a forest in modern cement villas that simply blend in. Picturew don't do justice to this magnificent habitat that coexsists with nature. When I opened the door to our room, the direct, view of Mt. Fuji took my breath away. The staff is up to par with the experience: attentive, helpful, sharp and meticulous. There is no other place like this to be in touch with nature and enjoy the magnificent Mt. Fuji.

The best hotel we have stayed. Thoughtful activities and you can’t get a better view of Mount Fuji from your own room 24/7.

The staff was very unhelpful in difficulties we had around our booking, caused by major transportation disruptions beyond our control in Japan, and rude to my wife when she tried over 5 times to contact and remediate the situation. I would never recommend this as a '5 star, glamp' hotel. Service levels are 1 star.

El hotel más bonito en el que me he quedado, la atención 10/10. Si vuelvo a viajar a Japón, sin duda volvería y lo voy a recomendar muchísimo. El personal es super atento y las habitaciones están impecables.

Staff was friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. They made my experience even greater than I expected! If I could live at this hotel I would.

Spotless clean room, good service and very courteous staff. View from the room was great.

Room was very nice, spacious, very clean, beautiful view of the Fuji Mountain. The staff are very kind and extremely attentive. The room was well lit and very easy to control the lights from either side of the beds. Loved the heated floors, the heated blanket table located on the patio. Amenities included with the room are tea, coffee, water, a 5 step facial cleansing routine in the form of dispensable bottles rather than single use bottle. As for the food breakfast (in room) was good, nothing amazing but still good. Dinner (at the restaurant), I felt very sick after eating it, not sure it was worth my money. Resulted in many trips to the bathroom afterward. Overall you pay for the view and great hospitality, (dinner) food is probably not worth your money, there are other options close to town in Oishi but all require some kind of vehicle to get to.

The experience of our stay was AMAZING it is the high light of our trip to japan recommend staying there. the resort is modern and luxurious. the staff are kind and welcoming the service and hospitality was exceptional . room (lodge) size is big with view of mount fuji. the facilities areas (cloud area) is lovely and cozy with bonfire and indoor fireplace we enjoyed hanging out there. the resort offered various activities that i recommend booking in advance (pizza making, hiking, canoe, electric bike and other activities) we also booked breakfast box that is in room breakfast recommend booking it in advance. and we had dinner in there restaurant (La carte) which was lovely. we will stay again for our next japan trip.
