Room was great as was the onsen. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The shuttle to Odawara helped us get back to Tokyo and appreciated receptions assistance with all of this.

Staff at the hotel were very friendly and looked after my needs during my brief stay. They were able to recommend available services, and were accommodating to any needs I had.
The room at the hotel was designed for comfort, and was clean and organized once I was ready for check in. The use of smart technology and smart devices was also convenient, as it made it easy to control the various devices in the hotel room right from my bedside. The private onsen bath was also very convenient and comfortable for myself as a solo traveler.

とにかく最高の滞在でした。
館内・客室ともにとても清潔で、細部までよく行き届いており、終始気持ちよく過ごすことができました。設備も新しく快適で、落ち着いたデザインと上品な雰囲気が印象的でした。
また、全体的に混み合っておらず、静かでゆったりとした時間を過ごせた点も非常によかったです。スタッフの方々の対応も丁寧で、程よい距離感があり、安心感がありました。
非日常感がありながらも居心地がよく、心からリラックスできるホテルだと思います。ぜひまた訪れたいです。

Wonderful staff were very attentive and kind. Rooms were beautiful. Thankful for the shuttle for Odawara station and the drivers to Gora station. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Amazing location, beautiful rooms and grounds, so close to all that Hakone has to offer- with convenient pick up and drop off. Really helpful, especially when some weather changed our plans.

This is a really nice hotel. We expected it to be a tranquil ryokan, but it instead had more of a resort feel with a lot of families using the spa area. It’s also not out in the hills, instead the rooms face houses and shops. Despite these surprises the room was amazing, the staff were excellent and the food was divine. Just noting so that others aren’t surprised.

The room was fantastic! If you want to sleep well, sleep on these beds. The food is really good. Make reservations for dinner and activities. Get a room with a view!
