Hotel Indigo HAKONE GORA by IHG

Room was great as was the onsen. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The shuttle to Odawara helped us get back to Tokyo and appreciated receptions assistance with all of this.

Staff at the hotel were very friendly and looked after my needs during my brief stay. They were able to recommend available services, and were accommodating to any needs I had. The room at the hotel was designed for comfort, and was clean and organized once I was ready for check in. The use of smart technology and smart devices was also convenient, as it made it easy to control the various devices in the hotel room right from my bedside. The private onsen bath was also very convenient and comfortable for myself as a solo traveler.

とにかく最高の滞在でした。 館内・客室ともにとても清潔で、細部までよく行き届いており、終始気持ちよく過ごすことができました。設備も新しく快適で、落ち着いたデザインと上品な雰囲気が印象的でした。 また、全体的に混み合っておらず、静かでゆったりとした時間を過ごせた点も非常によかったです。スタッフの方々の対応も丁寧で、程よい距離感があり、安心感がありました。 非日常感がありながらも居心地がよく、心からリラックスできるホテルだと思います。ぜひまた訪れたいです。
