The staff are all very friendly. Today morning, my airport limousine bus was canceled due to heavy snowfall in Tokyo, all the staff helped me a lot. So I was able to get to Narita Airport on time to catch my outbound flight. Besides this, the rooms in this hotel are very clean and the shopping centers, restaurants, government offices, and transportation facilities around the hotel are very good, which is helpful when I come for a business trip. I will definitely come back to this hotel again if I have a business trip again.

호텔 가까이에 지하철과 편의점이 있어서 좋았습니다. 직원분들이 매우 친절하시고 방도 깨끗합니다. 또한 무료로 주는 아침식사는 매우 만족스러워서 호텔에 머무르는 동안 잘 이용하였습니다.

照明が少し明る過ぎて調節出来たらもっと良かったと思う お水のサービスが欲しかった

フロントに椅子かソファがあると、もっとよかったです。

Breakfast times are a little tight if you had a late night up but otherwise fine tasting. Everything else about the hotel was perfect

It was good to stay but not great.

Breakfast here is pretty terrible. The Japanese food is undercooked or overcooked, the stations are constantly out of stock and replenished with very stingy portions, and there really isn’t a lot of variety available. The coffee is also not very fresh. The signage indicates this is a new service, but I think you can do much better for breakfast for what they’re charging.

洗面台が小さかったので洗顔は苦労しましたが、1人で泊まるには丁度良いお部屋のサイズだと思います。

Very clean property, friendly staff, nice walkable area with places to eat and things to do, close to different train stations to use different lines.

環境配慮のため清掃は最低限でした。 三泊しましたが基本清掃なしでタオル類の交換のみです。

Right in Akasaka easy to walk anywhere you want, lots of eating out options, sight seeing and handy to all the transport.

There was construction outside the property, but from my room I could not hear it. My room was clean and I felt safe as a female alone. I wish there had been a microwave in the room but that was the only slight down side.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area - it's business district so a lot of places are open until late. There are three different metro stations nearby too.

It was amazing!

Good place to stay! I'm a big Harry Potter fan so I was excited that the lobby and the areas around the hotel were Hogwarts themed because they're showing Harry Potter and the Cursed Child at the nearby theater. The room was small, but good enough for two adults. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was that breakfast ends early (9:30am), but they were sometimes cleaning up by 9:15am so I wouldn't pay extra for breakfast next time. There's plenty of places nearby to eat, including a 2-minute walk to Family Mart if you want breakfast on a budget. Staff was friendly, train station is less than a 5-minute walk, and the hotel was clean. I would stay here again 🙂
