Breakfast here is pretty terrible. The Japanese food is undercooked or overcooked, the stations are constantly out of stock and replenished with very stingy portions, and there really isn’t a lot of variety available. The coffee is also not very fresh. The signage indicates this is a new service, but I think you can do much better for breakfast for what they’re charging.

Good place to stay! I'm a big Harry Potter fan so I was excited that the lobby and the areas around the hotel were Hogwarts themed because they're showing Harry Potter and the Cursed Child at the nearby theater. The room was small, but good enough for two adults. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was that breakfast ends early (9:30am), but they were sometimes cleaning up by 9:15am so I wouldn't pay extra for breakfast next time. There's plenty of places nearby to eat, including a 2-minute walk to Family Mart if you want breakfast on a budget. Staff was friendly, train station is less than a 5-minute walk, and the hotel was clean. I would stay here again 🙂

Closely and conveniently located next to the Akasaka subway station (Chiyoda line). Clean and compact rooms with all the necessary amenities. The highlight is certainly the breakfast buffet, which is on a 3-4 day rotation. Great selection of western and Asian selections.

The hotel is conveniently located and the staff is super kind and friendly, but the beds are like boards. It’s like sleeping on a rock. Also there is a moldy smell in the bathrooms. Although it was clean. When you’re walking Tōkyō all day you really want a comfortable bed to get some rest. I would 100 percent rate this higher if they up’d their bed quality.

This property is geared towards business travel. There is currently a lot of construction happening nearby on three different sites so it’s a bit congested walking directly around the hotel. The breakfast is quite expensive at the hotel so we had convenience store breakfasts. There are about 10 close by! The pillows were a bit old and the towels and blanket were not very thick or soft but they did the job. The room itself was very quiet and cool with the air conditioner. The humidifier was also great. There was a slight sewer smell from the pipes when the bath drained.

Ok so this property was actually clean and tidy, and staff were attentive and friendly, my gripe was that it is the most uncomfortable bed I've ever stayed in. I wish there was a way to filter by bed hardness as this was like sleeping on a plank of wood. Hence the low score oknprppwrry facilities.

Hotel allowed early check-in for a fee. Location was very convenient since it was about 5 mins walk from the train station entrance, a mall, coin laundromat and a whole street of food options. Relatively central location for tourist if you want a quiet location that’s not crowded and affordable, but also easily accessible to other places via train. Room was small (which is normal for Tokyo) but we had no issues storing our luggages under the bed. Used to work in a hotel so I found this hotel quite clean and quiet by my high standards, we had a pleasant stay the entire time we were there. The ladies at the reception were very sweet and friendly too. No complains about this hotel, will definitely consider this hotel again for future visits to Japan.

The rooms were nice but basically businessman sized, not western sized. That said it was big enough to sleep and do everything you need to. Breakfast was good and the vending machines on each floor was nice. Also the washer and dryer and combo were useful for cleaning your clothes mid trip. Close to akasaka station and several combinis (convenience stores) made this an ideal place for us to stay

Stayed at this property in August 2023 for 11 days. Location, location, location !! It is super close to the subway station and walking distance to Tokyo Midtown. Convenience stores are everywhere close to the hotel. Staff are super friendly, and accommodating. When I booked my stay, free breakfast was included but not anymore. They honored that services and gave me coupons for my entire stay . Buffet breakfast menu was pretty simple, there isn’t much variety, but hot cooked meal in the morning was always nice. Although they only clean the room every 3 days ( for longer stay), they supply clean towels and empties trash basket daily , so no complaints there. Room is very simple and cozy. Great shower ! Will definitely book there again when I have a chance next time . Thank you so much 😊

Very nice hotel. Room is small, but that's expected when in Tokyo, so have this in mind.

Great stay for our needs! Super close to transit station and food spots. The room is on the smaller side because we had big checked In luggages but they made great use of the space. Staff was great at helping us !!
