Perfect staff. Perfect breakfast a la carte style. Best staffs at the District. Uncomfortable location but worth staying. Highly recommended.

친절하고 트렌디했으나 킴튼 명성에 비해 로비나 객실이 너무 작지 않나 싶음

방은 훌륭하고 청소도 말끔하고 서비스도 요청하는데로 빠르게 대응해줌. 유일한 단점은 대로와 유료고가 옆에 위치해서 차량소음이 강했음. 조식, 룸서비스 모두 맛있음. 단 양식에 치운친 점이 아쉬움.

먼지가 그냥 데굴데굴 굴러다닙니다. 방콕 킴튼말라이에서 느낀 그 감동은 처참하게 박살났습니다 하하

모두 만족했습니다. 다만 조식 커피는 좀 개선이 필요할듯요

I stayed at the Kimpton for two nights at the end of a two week solo holiday in Japan. This was a bit of a splurge after staying at all Japanese based hotels for the trip. I used to stay at Kimptons frequently when I was a work traveler in the past but had not stayed in one overseas. This is, by far, the best Kimpton I've ever stayed in. 1) Service is impeccable and the staff is well trained, friendly and helpful. As a solo traveler, I so appreciated the time each staff person took to ask me about my holiday and where I was from. To be clear, I opened the door to these conversations, I imagine they are well trained to also know when someone wants to be left alone. 2) I booked a King Essential room. I had a corner room on the 9th floor with panoramic views. The room has automated black out shades and diffusing shades. The bed was very comfortable (firm but soft top) and the bedding made me want to stay in bed all day and stare out at the view. 3) Complementary morning drinks and wine reception in the evening on the 16th floor. Great view and a fun place to chat if traveling solo. 4) Easy walk to Shinjuku Station with both high end dining and wonderful casual, local places for sushi, ramen, gyoza and takoyaki. 4) Worth mentioning again: the staff is wonderful. I will stay here again on my next visit to Japan.

Fantastic stay at the hotel. Great rooms, perfect location and incredible staff. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Relatively close to shinjuku station with a few konbini options less than a 1min walk from the property. Everytime im in tokyo i stay here!

Nice room but unfortunately the room smelled like mould. Hallway also dark and musty. Did not feel like a high end hotel. Soaps and shampoo provided felt cheep.

Stay was wonderful. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. Great breakfast & well appointed room in great location near Shinjuku station. Would definitely stay here again

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, far below the standard expected for the high prices. I booked a room three levels above standard on a high floor, only to find a terrible view of a lit advertisement across the street that stayed on all night. After requesting a room change, I was moved the next day—an inconvenience requiring me to repack—only to end up with a room facing a tower just 5 meters away, leaving me with zero privacy. Meanwhile, my friend in a standard room had a clear, unobstructed view. Management attempted to help but offered no resolution or compensation. The concierge service was equally poor, failing to secure bookings or provide meaningful recommendations. We ended up finding better options on our own. Overall, this hotel’s misleading room descriptions, privacy issues, lack of courtesy gestures, and inadequate service make it unworthy of the prices they charge. There are far better options available for a luxury experience.

Could get better accommodation and facilities in other 5 star hotels in tokyo

Excellent, personalised service. Beautiful food and great coffee - lively cafe and stylish restaurant. Rooms are very comfortable.

Decent hotel, but wouldn't stay again. The staff at the bar and cleaning crew were excellent. The restaurant staff left much to be desired. I wouldn't say anything was outright bad, but i expected more from a 5 star hotel.

綺麗で良かったです。設備も良かったです。 バスタブの有無で、部屋を変更しましたが、希望していた高層階かどうかは説明は無かったような気がします。
