오니시야 수이쇼엔

료칸에 숙박시 온천마을의 7군데 온천장을 이용할 수 있었고, 픽업샌딩 서비스가 잘 되어 있습니다. 각 온천과 료칸과의 거리가 차량으로 5-10분정도 소요됩니다. 도보로는 힘들지만 전화한통으로 10분내에 데리러 와주시니 정말 편리했습니다. 그 외 스낵바와 로비의 커피머신 덕분에 커피를 달고 사는 저희 가족들도 추가 비용 없이 언제든 음료를 마실 수 있어 좋았습니다. 마지막으로 가이세키는 정말 최고였습니다!

직원분들이 매우 친절하고 시설도 좋았습니다. 그러나 료칸임에도 석식은 호텔요금에 포함되지 않아 당일 신청하고 7만원 상당입니다.

JR역에서 걷기 조금 멀고, 다른 소토유하고도 멀다 (약 10~20분?) 숙박시설 자체는 좋았다. 소토유말고 여관 온천도 좋으며 (노천도 있음) 친절한 직원들. 혼자가서 2인실을 썼는데, 2인과 가격차이가 크지 않을 것 같다. 둘이간다면 싸게 가는 거라 생각 한다. 동행자가 생긴다면 재방문의사 있음. (혼자면 여기 안감)

Bien qu un peu hors centre ville. Il est possible de faire le tour des onsens publics grace à la mise à disposition de navettes. Le ryokan dispose de son propre bain , spa et bain extérieur. Nous avons tenté un repas gastronomique et nous n avons pas ete decu. Le personnel est agreable et s empresse de repondre à vos attentes de manières rapides et avec efficacité.

Thank you to the staff for creating a beautiful experience. The team was diligent, kind, and empathetic to our needs. Guest services provided excellent assistance with understanding Japanese etiquette and local traditions. Our host spoke English, as well as many other languages! We were so impressed with the effort everyone put in to make our stay and honeymoon special. We will never forget this trip. Arrived to Kinosaki by train, sent our luggage ahead, and it was waiting in our room upon entry. Guest services welcomed us and explained the customs and rules of the ryokan. We were taken to our room, where our host showed us how to dress in yukata, booked our meals for our stay, and answered all our questions. It was a lovely chat that left us with enthusiasm. Later on, our hosts came back with a gift to share their well wishes for our honeymoon. We were so touched by their hospitality. The room was stunning. The floors were very comfortable to sit on, and the view of the water garden left us feeling very relaxed. The treats inside the room were very yummy as well! We were also fully stocked with beverages, which were refilled daily. The onsens were truly magical, leaving us feeling rejuvenated. Breakfast was incredible! If we were to ever return to Kinosaki, we would happily stay at Onishiya Suishoen again.

Very worth it to stay in this ryokan! Upon arriving at the kinosakionsen station, free shuttles were available to drop you off at your ryokan or hotels. The ryokan was modernized but still had the traditional japanese cultural vibes. The front desk staff and welcoming committee were great as well. It was raining and I accidentally forgot to order dinner so my husband and I had to go out, and the town was 10 minutes away if you walk it out and they had shuttles available to drop us off between 4 to 10p and that includes pick up, just give them a call with their whatsapp line. The breakfast and dinner were keiseki meal and were very fresh and worth it. The onsen was also amazing!

The onsen here is even better than most of the public onsens in the town. The hotel has lots of complimentary amenities like the lounge area with free massage chairs, soft drinks, sweets; foot massage machine. Their Japanese room for a family of 4 is quite spacious with a separate family area and sleeping area. The room also has a private garden. If you get the meals there, you get a private dining room and 10 course meal. Overall, we felt like we got the VIP treatment.

素晴らしい接客と対応でした。朝食時間を直前（15分前）に変更依頼しましたが、完璧に対応していただけました。部屋内のビール３本無料には驚きました。夕食も、カニを剥いていただき助かりました。 設備も新しく綺麗で清潔に保たれてます。セルフラウンジも良かったです。

The staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I was thrilled with my first “real” ryokan experience. I would not hesitate to come back or recommend it to others.

We stayed in a room with a private onsen, which was fantastic, the views were fantastic, the staff fantastic and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. A great place to stay!

飯店環境清靜優雅，員工服務親切體貼，房間寬敞舒適又乾淨，雖是傳統溫泉飯店但非常新穎。不管是說中文或英文都有相對應的員工服務。 飯店下午四點後有提供城崎車站接駁的服務，可以走到車站對面的遊客服務中心請人員幫忙通知飯店來接駁。 如果想在城崎溫泉住一晚，非常推薦水翔苑。

The room were nice and clean and had all needed amenities. We were picked up from the station in a shuttle bus with other hotel customers and at our arrival we were kindly greeted by staff who gave us a full tour and explanation of the property. The staff was always attentitve and kind with us. We also had dinner and breakfast included and they were delicious. Unfortunately, it was a bit too much food for us, which is a nice problem to have, but also a lot of waste. In general, everything was 10/10 and I would definitely come back and highly recommend it. The on-site onsen was also great for when you would like a late night or super early bath and have had enough of the town onsens.

非常愉快且舒服的住宿體驗，客房十分乾淨，員工服務也都很棒，雖然因大雪被困在城崎溫泉，飯店十分盡力幫我們尋找交通工具。有自己的接駁車可以過去外湯區，整體住宿令人十分滿意，下次再來時，還是會選擇此飯店！

這間温泉酒店是我第一次入住，雖然與JR站有點距離，但因有接駁車接送，所以都沒什麼問題。客房整潔，職員服務友善，早上我們到達旅館後，因未到Check in 時間，都熱情地幫我們登記入住和寄存行理，還安排車輛送我們到温泉街遊覽，這個超讚。設施方面，浸完温泉後有免費雪條吃，有汽水喝，有按摩機(全部免費，任用)，還有房間內有3支免費Asahi啤酒提供，感覺係超值。晚餐更豐富，又美味。下次到城崎會再入住。

A reasonably priced ryokan in Kinosaki Onsen, which is tattoo tolerant. Very good breakfasts and dinner in traditional ryokan style. Very accommodating staff. Nice additions to their onsen area are sauna and outdoor cold plunge, not often found in Onsen. A bit of a hike from town but convenient free shuttle service.

Onishiya Suishoen provided a truly wonderful, next-level Japanese experience for our family trip. Both the dinner and breakfast were delicious. The onsen was the absolute highlight—my mother called it her best onsen experience ever! The staff's customer service was warm, hospitable, and made celebrating her birthday a delight. Highly recommend!
