I am a man in his 20s who recently traveled to Tokyo for the first time in his life. I have visited other Japanese cities before and stayed at several hotels. This is my first time in such a very disappointing place. Since it is a facility located alone in the middle of a residential area, it was blocked like an apartment intercom due to various security issues. I belatedly realized that the access method had been received through my mail, and after searching for a while, I finally managed to get in. Shall we concede that I confirmed receipt late? I barely got into the Room, but it was as cold as Korean military winter training. In winter, it is absolutely impossible to live barefoot. There is no separate heater, just an air conditioner to cool off in the summer. I went into the bathroom and tried to get some bath water to relieve my Sleepy, but there was no clear how to locking the stopper, so I had to stand in the shower shivering in the cold. At least I got a deep sleep without noise, so I am leaving this rating with minimal gratitude. Other foreigners should also take note.

The staff was excellent. After I checked out the hotel, one staff chased me all the way to the train station. I missed my back pad, which has the passports. Later, she came the second time to bring us the umbrellas that we left in a drawer.

Lärm von Zügen, aber alles andere, perfekt! Betten waren supergemütlich, Dusche gross und grosse schöne Küche.　

The general condition of the room is awesome. The smell of the towels provided was not ideal. Washing machine is not ideal especially during the drying part as the dryer does not dry our clothes effectively. Probably need to have a separate dryer instead.

ネットが繋がらないやテレビが映らないなど、不都合があった時に電話しても的の得た答えをもらうことができずで残念でした

エアコンの吹き出し口と お風呂のドアの内側下のカビが 少し気になりました が安いから満足しました

1. Not enough for towels and toothbrushes for long stay. I had to wash towels and purchased toothpaste. 2. There were so many hairs and dust on the floor - I had to vacuum the whole room. 3. Laundry area - every time I used the washer, it said “clean filter” and it was very dirty. I wonder who clean those…

駅が近いですが、とても静かです。 住宅街にあり、一見ホテルだとは思いません。スーパーや居酒屋など飲食店があり食事には困らないです。外国の方が多く利用しているイメージです。 チェックインはタブレットで行います。それさえできれば最高の宿泊施設だと思います。

Amazing property! Close to the station

鄰近車站，超市，居酒屋。挺方便 ~

I experienced significant noise from the room above during the last two nights of my stay, which made it very difficult to rest. I reached out to customer service via DM, but unfortunately received no response or resolution. Communication was also challenging — the customer service representative spoke limited Japanese, and I had difficulty understanding when inquiring about early check-in over the phone. Additionally, I received a few unexpected WhatsApp calls from Vietnam to confirm my reservation, which felt unusual. This hotel might be more suited for international travelers than for Japanese guests.

Room was very spacious, is a quiet and comfortable place.

3度目の利用です。子どもたちと帰省のためいつも利用させていただいております。今回は初めて生乾き臭やほこりっぽさが気になり、咳、くしゃみが多く出た。立地や設備などは言うことはないが、清潔さが感じられなかった。以前は消臭スプレーがあったと思ったが今回はなかった。

The room was very comfortable and the location we booked had a lot of good food in the area despite being an hour away from Tokyo.

Excellent location very close to train stop. Stocked with everything we needed and easy to check in & out.

Very decently priced and good sized supermarket is nearby. Extremely convenient to the station, only one stop on the Narita Skyaccess. Room layout great for families where kids don’t want to sleep w each other. Especially for Japan, where apartments and hotel rooms are smaller, we appreciated the spaciousness. Couch easily becomes a fourth bed. Kitchen is well stocked. Again a decent sized fridge compared to most hotel mini fridge. Incredible water pressure, pleasing aesthetic exterior building, nice interior design as well. Overall, we were impressed and would stay again as well as recommend. Thank you for a comfortable stay.
