자카란다 인디언 오션 비치 리조트

Hotellet var skønt og personalet flinke. Opbygningen af hotellet var eminent, det føltes slet ikke til at være særlig stort. Man kan måske diskutere om værelset egner sig til en ekstra opredning. Det blev meget crowded og myggenettet fungerede ikke rigtigt, men til prisen kan vi bestemt ikke klage!!

Unico aspetto positivo l'aspetto esteriore della struttura. Camere vecchie e pulizia quasi assente, tappeti sporchi, doccia incrostata di calcare, asciugamani logore e cuscini impolverati. Il cibo senza infamia ne luce lode, in 3 giorni ci sono state proposte sempre le solite cose. Area piscina carina ma credo che bisogna rispettare chi voglia rilassarsi e non permette alle persone di giocare col pallone, colpendoti ripetutamente. La spiaggia é molto carina ma andrebbe pulita, plastica e mozziconi di sigaretta ovunque. Ultima nota decisamente negativa, il personale delle pulizie ha aperto i nostri bagagli, rubando dei soldi. Il personale non ci é sembrato dare la giusta importanza all'episodio e il manager completamente irreperibile.

Loved the beach front Rooms and the staff were great. Enjoyed the food too but mostly enjoyed the quiet and amazing views from the room plus was lucky enough to see the moon rise beyond the ocean line during dinner outside

Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal in diesem paradiesischen Resort. Wie fast in jedem Hotel am Diani Beach wären auch hier einige Sanierungen notwendig. Aber die Lage der Villen am Strand ist einfach unschlagbar und machen das Defizit in den Badezimmern wett. Wenn Diani, dann Jacaranda.

Food access to ocean

Wir kennen schon einige Hotels am Diani Beach. Dieses Hotel wurde uns während einer Golfrunde auf dem Diamonds Golfplatz als Geheimtipp empfohlen. Und wir geben diese Empfehlung gerne weiter. Sicher hat auch dieses Resort einige Sanierungsaktivitäten nötig. Die kleinen Villen direkt am Strand sind jedoch wahre einfache Schmuckstücke. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und das Essen ist absolut gut. Wir kommen wieder…

It is a good property with an excellent location. The property sits right on the beach so the rooms directly face the sea and beach. One can simply step out of the room into the beach. Be mindful that it is not a private beach but the hotel's position is such that there are no outsiders in the beach. The rooms are basic and have air-conditioners. Having said that, the water pressure in the bathroom is very low so one can't have a good shower. On top of it, the tap and shower water is salty so those who allergies, kindly refrain. The hotel has one restaurant with a limited menu. The buffet breakfast is good with a wide spread. For local transport, Uber is easily available.

This was a very nice place to stay. Clean with friendly and helpful staff. Very good food and close to the beach. The only negative thing was that we sometimes had warm water and sometimes not. But overall, very satisfied and we are coming back.

The staff was amazingly friendly and courteous. The food was delicious! The entertainment top tier. The resort gives you all the reasons to stay forever! I really enjoyed my stay

Very good stay

It was first time to stay at Jacarandas. We chose it to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, and we were very pleased. It came highly recommended by friends that have oftentimes stayed here. Staff was excellent, professional, and always helpful. We will continue to recommend and return ourselves.

More private beach than the other resorts in the area

La posizione sull'oceano rimane magnifica, purtroppo non il servizio complessivo dell'hotel rispetto all'eccellenza che avevo apprezzato anni prima. Perfetto invece, per arrivare all'hotel ho utilizzato samuelnjogu03@gmail.com affidabile e fantastico autista e guida anche per tutto il soggiorno. The oceanfront location remains magnificent, unfortunately the hotel's overall service does not compare to the excellence I had enjoyed years earlier. Perfect however, to get to the hotel I used samuelnjogu03@gmail.com reliable and fantastic driver and guide also for the whole stay.

The property is absolutely NOT disability friendly at all. It was even impossible to get a cushion for the rattan patio chair outside of our room, despite repeated requests. This made the beautiful patio otherwise useless. The internet is completely useless as well. I’ve traveled the world, but cannot recommend this place. However, the staff is amazing.

Staff are friendly but the property lacks maintenance

Service rather poor. Emplyees not trained. Long time to wait when you order food. The pool is very shallow....more for children. The hotel has a arabic..Indien architecture....many rooms with different categories. Its nice it's situated right on the edge of the beach.
