창 팰리스 비엔티안

호텔은 깨끗하고 관리가 잘되어 있었는데 중국인호텔이라 그런지 조식은 우리 입맛에 맞질 않았습니다 공항이랑 가까워 공항셔틀을 무료로 이용할 수 있는건 좋았는데, 시내랑 떨어져 있어 툭툭이나 택시를 타고 어디든 나가야해서 불편했네요 잠만 자고 이동할 경우면 몰라도 비엔티엔 관광이 목적이면 불편해요

외부 방음이 안되는게 아쉬웠다

호텔직원분들 서비스가 너무 마음에 든다. 개인사정으로 인해 비행기를 놓치게 되었는데 호텔직원분들이 두번이나 공항에 가서 취소/환불/예약까지 다 해주었다. 그리고 도착전부터 이메일로 서로 대화해가며 공항 택시 서비스에 대한 얘기를 하고 안전에 대해 계속 얘기해주는 거에 너무 감사하다.

The hotel and the room was not clean. Did not have a restaurant for lunch/dinner. Breakfast was awful. Fridge did not work. Location is in a back ally surrounded by construction. Not sure how this hotel is 4 star. What was good was the free airport transfer, money exchange and the kind lady at reception who let me use food panda on the hotel phone to get food delivered (no western restaurants nearby).

Shuttle service was exemplary, no issues at all. The room was clean and, albeit a bit slow, the A/C was sufficient though not amazing. Breakfast was probably the low point, limited options and not very yummy but it was filling. (Buffet style). For the price and proximity to the airport, and the great shuttle service, would definitely use again.

Ka Chang was very nice. She was very helpful and her English is pretty good. It helped me alot. Thank you Ka. I'm hlad you work at the front desk. Chang Palace so be proud of her services there.

Service not happy for what requested.

The breakfast is not good. The food is cold. The neighbors are dirty.

Rooms are dirty hotel is under construction did not was not aware of that it is not on the Strip as they advertised their breakfast is done at 9:30 a.m. they stop serving breakfast and very dirty

飯店員工態度和善，提供機場免費接送及早餐。飯店位置於華人區，方便！缺點是飯店的WIFI 訊號常常斷訊，房間提供的冰箱完全不具備功能，廁所排水系統非常慢

La extraordinaria amabilidad; superan las expectativas..

Chang Palace is definitely not a palace not even close. This hotel is primarily occupied by Chinese businessmen. I would say that for those who are not used to traditional Chinese food, avoid here. Furthermore, there's really no choices of other restaurants nearby or in the hotel. The reception staff are friendly and helpful but they either speak local or Chinese language. some may able to speak simple English words but definetly insufficient enough to answer more queries. Generally the finishing for the room is really shabby considering that I've to pay about A$75 p/night. mattress is good the water pressure is great. Wifi is weak. Overall, I would certainly avoid this hotel in the future.

Stay was great. Staff was extremely kind and accommodating.

The hotel would have been ok except it is based too far out of town. Also the venues suggested for entertainment were disappointing. And there was only 1 restaurant (Chinese) near by the hotel. Best to stay closer to the centre of town. The wifi was not working well either. But then as I've learned, there's not much to do in Vientiane. Best to avoid if you can.

1. If there is aa bath mat will be better 2. If there is a luggage rack will be better

Great hotel, staff very friendly but English is not their strong suit. I understand it is not in this part of the world but it was tough at some points having any form of communication. Very friendly staff, comfortable and spacious rooms.

Good Staff - helpful Bed is big and comfortable But location is a bit far from center

Nice room n nice service I'll go back there again. But should have smoking area for people.

-The in-room fridge turns off after you go out -Full of carbs breakfast without any meat, and almost run out after 9 a.m.
