시내에서 셔틀로 10분 거리에 위치해 있어서 다니기는 수월한 편이에요 수영장도 넓고 관리 잘되있구요 1월 날씨는 오전과 4시 이후 오후는 추워서 수영 못해요 조식도 다양하진 않지만 맛이 좋구요 단점은 프리미엄 디럭스 룸에 묵었는데 따뜻한 물이 제대로 안나와요 샤워실 물도 쫄쫄 나와서 샤워하기 힘들었네요 체크아웃하는 직원이 똘똘치 못해서 다파짓 요금 해결을 못해 30분이나 걸렸어요 다음에 가면 시내에 있는 호텔에 묵을 생각이에요

라오스 답지 않은 숙소. 중심지랑 좀 떨어져있고 중국인이 대부분 숙박객임. 느긋하게 루앙을 여행하고싶은 사람에게는 너무 좋은 호텔

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Pullman and enjoyed every moment in Luang Prabang. Like most of the guests already mentioned, the staff at Pullman are amazing and their efforts really made our vacation exceptional. Wingki, Rohan and Nai and the whole team were always there to help us and give us great local tips. A few mishaps here and there, however, wasn't a big deal because the staff took care of it right away. We most definately recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a truly relaxing experience in this beautiful city!

New Chinese hotel. Better : Great Room condition (facilities) and clean worse : pool bar - unprepared : staff doesn't understand English : menu, safety guide for Kids no window in toilet.

The hotel was very accommodating when we had a room issue. We we were quickly and without any complaints, given a different room on the other side of the property. Staff helped with moving our luggage. At the restaurant, there was an issue with one of our main course dishes on the first night. That too was quickly corrected by the executive chef. Additionally, the chef checked in nightly on our dinning experience. The morning breakfast was excellent! Front desk staff scheduled taxis for us and arranged for our shuttle service to the airport at checkout. They were efficient at both check in and checkout. All staff were kind, friendly and very attentive to our requests, regardless of the issue. Everyone smiled and said hello in the local language. Our only suggestion for hotel management would be for restaurant staff to speak better English.

Property was BEAUTIFUL, staff was attentive and friendly and bilingual. They also helped us coordinate transportation! The breakfast buffet was definitely worth it! One suggestion is more lighting in the bathroom but everything else was 10/10 I would definitely come back!

Peaceful and serene, the property is nestled around the mountains. It truly gives a calming experience. The rice terraces at the property is a wonderful attraction. Staff is also friendly and polite. Wonderful stay.

As such a large organisation, why are you still using plastic bottles in this day and age? Staff were very nice and welcoming. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Front desk staff seems very outgoing and helpful. Dining staff seems quite reserved almost unfriendly, however they did get better after a few days. The food served at the restaurant wasn’t so great though. That being said it is a beautiful property, with a lot of potential. The rooms are sometimes setup in a way that if you are unfortunate enough to have inconsiderate noisy guests next to you, you won’t be able to get any sleep. The staff should do better to prevent this. Perhaps post signs to respect the quietness.

The setting of this hotel is stunning - you can see the rice fields from the lobby and the pools. This was the highlight of our Laos trip. Check in staff (and all staff we encountered) were so friendly and we really appreciated an upgrade to a bigger room and a cake for my birthday! The only thing I'd really recommend the hotel improving (or guests staying away from) is the western food which was weird and not great. I wish they had more local and Asian food, for example at the pool bar, H20, only weird/western foods were available.

Pullman Luang Prabang was a fantastic experience: peaceful, tranquil and luxurious. Every member of staff was dedicated to making our stay wonderful, the grounds were tranquil and there were lots of lovely locations to relax in, including 2 large pools. The outstanding service provided by David and the hotel staff is what made our holiday so memorable. David looked after us every day, including his days off! From arranging day tours to bringing lunch to us by the pool, all our needs were more than met. We we also given a room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise. All room balconies face the lovely rice fields, so there's no fear of missing out, wherever you stay. The hourly shuttle to town centre was very convenient, so there was no need to worry about the hotel being located a bit further than expected. We were even dropped directly at our restaurant! The hotel rabbits, cats and buffalo were a delightful addition to the lovely environment. I'm certain that anyone who stays here will be impressed and leave with fond memories of swaying rice fields, warm local smiles and a feeling of wanting to come back.

It’s a bit out of town but has a good shuttle service. Rooms are lovely, not many people staying here so pretty quiet. Breakfast average. Staff nice and helpful.

Property ( Hotel ) is Great with Large Room Area is very Quiet Only the water presure is a little weak and the Hair Dryer only blows cool air

The quality of breakfast's food is really terrible. I have lost my iPhone and I'm absolutely sure that was in my room but no one have found it.
