open한지 얼마 되지 않아서 그런지 깨끗하게 잘 유지가 되어 있고, 방에 대한 모든 quality도 좋았음. 게임장에 오락게임기 3대와 포켓볼 등의 유희거리들이 있어 나름 신나게 게임을 즐길 수 있어 좋았음. (평생의 한이었던 보글보글 100판 깼음 ^^) 다만, 위치가 페낭섬 먼 바깥쪽에 위치하다 보니 시내로 나갈때는 약간은 위험한 해안의 꼬불길을 감수해야 하고 30분 정도가 소요되기에 시내를 자주 나가야 하는 분들과 운전이 서투신 분들은 조금은 고려해야 할 사항임. 조식은 일반 호텔 수준이라 보시면 됨.

Such a wonderful property. We loved the view from our room, the aromatherapy in the evening and the quietness of the property. The staff were nice. We had a slight hiccup with a discount but the manager corrected it immediately. That was a really nice gesture. Thank you.

Bit isolated but good hotel. Outdoor areas need a refurb but it’s great for the price.

Rooms are nice and large. Staff were poorly trained but very polite. Service was very slow (15 minute gap between first and last served meal). Lots of kids which is fine if you have them - less so if adult only travel. Breakfast was mediocre quality and crowded. Pool area has limited shaded options. Not a 5 star experience.

Staff is friendly and service is fast when you called. Breakfast is okay, they didn’t top up when Im there around 940.Some of the food is finished. Beach is clean and good. Property finishing is rough it should be finer since it’s a 5 star Hotel.

5 Stars. Family Orientated Hotel. Attention to details is impeccable. Housekeeping automatically added in an Extra Bed, Comforter, Pillow without the need to ask. Nice Infinity Pool and Game Room. Deluxe Room with Partitioned Living and Breathtaking View of Teluk Bahang was priceless. Overall, super satisfied.

Very relaxing beach/pool holiday hotel. Lovely spacious rooms. Got for the Deluxe Room if you can. Huge big bed and you look directly out to sea quite magnificent.

We stayed at Angsana Teluk Bahang from 18–21 Jan for our short honeymoon, and it was a peaceful and lovely experience. The room was beautiful and the sea view made our stay extra special and relaxing. The food was good, with a nice variety of choices available. The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a lovely place for a short honeymoon. We wouldn’t mind coming back again.

Quite disappointed at the level and speed of service at this resort (which holds itself out as a 5 star). We are a family of three that travels a lot staying at 5 star places over the world. This place ranks bottom of the list. The room was never cleaned properly (carpet not vacuumed, counters in wiped). We stayed at a beach view suite and the electrical wiring was faulty…AC kept turning on and off by itself and the door broke on the first day, toilet clogged, lots of bugs everywhere. The worst was the speed of service at their premier restaurant (N11). We waited 90 mins the first night just to get a plate of food. Thought it might have been an unforeseen issue in the kitchen, but the second night we waited another 90 minutes to get fed. The food was incredibly salty or tasteless, never done right. Room service took 60 minutes to arrive (we asked for some water) and we had to call 3 separate times. Finally upon checkout, which was a terribly long line, the front desk didn’t know how to pull up an invoice for us to review and told us to get into another line to ask another front desk person. All in all, disappointed. The natural landscape is beautiful, but the beach is poorly maintained (broken beer glass and garbage scattered)
