원래는 도시에 있는 비슷한 이름의 다른 호텔을 예약하려고 했는데, 전혀 후회하지 않았습니다. 인터넷 사진에서 보듯이 객실은 꽤 넓었고, 거실, 다이닝룸, 쿡탑이 있는 아일랜드 조리대(시간이 없어서 못 썼지만), 전자레인지, 토스터, 커피메이커, 식기류, 마실 수 있는 수돗물, 세탁기와 건조기가 갖춰져 있었습니다. 가족 여행에 추천합니다.

침실 2개짜리 프리미어는 매우 아늑합니다. 정말 집에 있는 것 같은 느낌이 들었습니다. 가족을 위한 식탁, 칼 붙이(일회용 칼을 살 필요 없음), 세탁기 및 건조기 등이 많이 있습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 돌아오면 인사를 하려고 노력합니다('돌아오신 것을 환영합니다'라는 인사를 받았습니다). 두 화장실 비데가 새고 있었는데, 호텔에 피드백을 한 후 바로 교체해 주었습니다. 하우스키핑을 놓치지 않았습니다(심지어 정오에 '화장실' 스위치를 눌렀을 때도요). 쇼핑몰이 도보 거리에 있다면 좋겠지만, 그곳에서 쉽게 차를 부를 수 있습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 우리는 그곳의 다른 모든 것에 정말 감명을 받았고 곧 다시 갈 것입니다.

호텔은 새 호텔이고 매우 깨끗합니다. 완벽한 시설과 세탁기 + 냉장고 + 수세미. 꼭 가보시길 추천드립니다. 99층 스카이뷰에서 트윈타워 사진을 정말 잘 찍을 수 있습니다. 말레이시아에 가면 다시 방문하겠습니다. Ascot 스타 Klcc에게 감사드립니다.

KLCC에서 가깝고, 주변에 차가 막히지 안하 출장에는 최적의 위치입니다. 시설도 좋고 직원분들도 매우 친절하게 잘 응대해 주시네요... 다만 엘리베이터 타는 시간이 좀 오래 걸리는 것 외에는 아주 좋았습니다.

Gran apartamento , muy bien ubicado , muy agradable , cómodo y un hotel con todas las facilidades y gran vista de la ciudad , solo le falta el restaurante para los desayunos al menos: están dos lugares al lado pero no son del ASCOTT. Lugar maravilloso para estadía .

1. Water pressure is low, shower is very weak(my friends room is the same)
2. The door lock was out of battery, I could not access my room, and need to go down and ask for the techician to come change the battery
3. Small ants in the kitchen (not too many tho)
4. The carbinet sensor was broken, the carbinet light goes on and off non stop, I need to use a piece of paper to cover the sensor, otherwise I can see the light leaking after I turned off the bedroom light
4. The door card was inactivated before I checked out, I was not able to get in the room and needed to go to the reception to activate the card again.
5. No bottles of water are provided
6. The bedroom TV remote was out of battery . I needed to use the one in the living room.

1. Staff is polite and nice
2. I got upgraded (inc my friends room), because the room type i booked was not ready to check in.
3. Overall the place is nice and tidy.
4. The gym and swimming pool are nice
5. I went to do massage at 6th floor, also nice.
6. Location is convenient, there is a durian shop nearby (3 min walk) if you like durians
Summary:
The bad things are no big deal, i would still recommend this hotel to travellers.

Wonderful first trip to Kuala Lumpur. Ascott Star KLCC is ideally situated next to Suria KLCC Mall & next to MRT. Easy to get around KL. Rooftop pool & main pool fantastic!

Hotel is great. The location is right next to the Petronas towers. Rooms are really big and comfy. The pools and the gyms are great. The only suggestion would be to add more loungers near the pool
