아이어 히탐 호텔

호텔 구역은 마치 청소가 되지 않은 것처럼 꽤 더러웠습니다. 그런 다음 수라우 근처의 머리 스카프를 다려주었습니다. 수라우는 매우 어두웠기 때문에 밝게 하기 위해 다른 조명을 켜야 했습니다. 다림판을 교체해야 합니다. 휴대전화를 사용할 수 없으므로 교체해야 하며, 플러그가 손상되어 수리해야 합니다. 에어컨이 매우 시끄럽습니다.

Room smelly and TV not working.

Hotel selesa, provide lif, takda barang yang rosak, staff friendly, location pon strategik sunyi sikit jauh dari bising, cuma nak kedai makan sekeliling tu bukak malam nak makan teghhari jauh sikit la.

Cadar dan sarung bantal berbau seolah-olah lama tak dicuci, lantai yang kurang bersih…berpasir dan didapati banyak rambut seperti bilik yang tidak dibersihkan dengan sempurna.

Ok, senang parking, bilik bersih, ruang luas.

Check in process was super fast and staff was friendly. The room is very comfortable. Value for money, for sure!

The room was a bit dirty with so many dust here and there. There 's blood stain on the bedsheet like seriously. The floor was so sticky I don't know why maybe they mopped it but adter that did not wash properly. But overall OK OK only with that price but at least the basic hygiene needs to be considered. Thank you.

Despite the reservation included free breakfast, the hotel doesn't provide any breakfast. The room wasn't cleaned as there were cockroaches, a half drink water bottle and a used soap in the bathroom. The bed lights weren't working and the TV only included 4 channels.

I really like this hotel for its cleanliness and very comfortable. But there several things that I’m so unsatisfied with. Firstly, the location of the hotel is not strategic. There are no restaurant, 24 hour convenience store and atm. It’s also hard to find any transport here including Grab service. I have to go the town which is 20++ km away. The hotel wifi also problematic. I can’t use it and have to use my own data which also slow since the location of hotel is not good. I suggest this hotel make much improvement because not every of your customer has own transportation and make it easier and convenient.

Pleasant surprise to find a good and clean hotel in a small town.

Checkout and check in were smooth. Breakfast is ok. The room floor is slippery, its like has been clean with soap and let dry. Need to walk carefully after leaving the toilet as our feet is wet and the floor is slippery. Aircond is a bit noisy at night.

Berbaloi dengan harga, kawasan strategik dekat dengan pelbagai kemudahan dan hampir dengan highway, lain semua ok cuma tuala agak daif dan bilik air berbau sikit.

Harga kurang memuaskan, berbanding bilik yang disewakan.
