멋진 주변 환경에 있는 훌륭한 호텔, 직원들은 모두 훌륭하고 매우 친절하며, 직원 대 게스트 비율이 높습니다. 일찍 도착했고 늦게 출발했지만 시설을 이용하고 짐 보관 시설을 이용할 수 있었습니다.

중요 사항
말레이시아 관세청 발표에 따르면, 2023년 1월 1일부터 말레이시아 비거주자 또는 비영주권자 모든 호텔 투숙객에게 관광세가 부과됩니다. 호텔에서 체크인 시 관광세를 징수할 예정입니다. 관광세는 객실당 1박당 10 RM입니다.

1. Extra bed is upon request basis & subject to availability upon arrival. Extra bed is chargeable based on hotel policy. 2. Guests must transfer via required shuttle to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. 3. This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. 4. Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the resort prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. 5. Compulsory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner is inclusive in room rates for 2 adults per room. For extra adult, additional charges will apply for extra bed and compulsory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner (paid to hote upon arrival). For children who does not require extra bed, charges for compulsory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner will apply (paid to hotel upon arrival)..The Kedah State Government has announced the mandatory collection of "State Tourism Fee" at MYR5 per occupied room per night, which becomes effective on 01 July 2016. This is in addition to the 10% service charge, payable directly to the hotel upon check-out (not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein).
Please note that the Langkawi Tourism Fee (Government Tax) will increase from MYR 5 to MYR 10 per night, effective 1st January 2025.

I literally felt ants crawling on my body(felt them and saw them). And the beds were SUPER squeaky so my mom couldn't sleep. We asked the resort to do something about it but all they did was oiling the bed frames. Service was okay. Breakfast bad. I just ate rice with some sauce. Swimming pool and the beach were great tho. Oh and the sea view charlot should be named partial sea view

호텔 위치가 좋지않습니다 일단 시내 판타이 체낭과 상당히 거리가 있고 리조트로 들어가는데 무슨 다리가 공사중이라 케이블카 주차장을 뺑뺑 돌아서 들어가야했습니다
객실은 로비와 가까웠으나 개미가 많았고
무료 저녁바우처를 줬는데 로비에서는 어떤 레스토랑에서 써도 된다 선셋디너를 시켜도 된다했으나 인당 가격이 정해져있는 쿠폰이라서 나중에 저녁값으로 돈을 300링깃을 더 냈습니다
조식이 상당히 실망스럽습니다
무슬림때문인지 대부분의 메뉴는 치킨이었고 음식이
잘관리 되지 않아 음식에 벌레가 꼬였고 직원들이 테이블을 깨끗하게 청소하지않아 테이블과 의자에는 음식물 찌꺼기가 묻어있었습니다
버깅카는 약속된 시간에 오지 않았습니다
수영장도 더러웠습니다
랑카위에서 머무른 3박동안 이 리조트에 묶었지만
랑카위에 대한 실망감이 커졌습니다

Einzigartiges Erlebnis in tropischen Regenwald inmitten der malaysischen Tierwelt.
Unser Chalet war sauber, gut eingerichtet (mit TV, Telefon, Terrasse, Klimaanlage und Ventilator) und hatten tollen Meerblick.
Das Transportsystem auf der Anlage ist auch einzigartig und hat in der Regel gut und schnell funktioniert.
Der Pool- und Strandbereich war auch sehr schön und immer ausreichend freie Liegen. Die Restaurants haben uns auch alle gut gefallen. Wir waren 5 Tage dort, hätten es aber auch länger ausgehalten. Wir können die Anlage weiterempfehlen und würden auch wieder dorthin kommen.

Superb stay. Not only was the resort itself fantastic, with an incredible private beach and a perfect mountain backdrop, but the service was exceptional too. When we had a small issue with our original room, the reception team were brilliant about resolving it speedily. A special thanks for Hafi, Mina and Padi for their help- it was truly appreciated and helped to make the stay really special. Would happily stay there again.

A taste of paradise being in the rain fiorest and still see the sea. Hotel staff were all friendly, our chalet was a bit dated but it added to the natural surroundings, the floor boards could be looked at creeked all the time. Views were amazing and you felt like you were living in the rain forest close to nature with so many animals and birds to see. Food was very good and liked how we could choose which restaurant to dine in each night. As far as eco more needs to be fone as plastic water bottles delivered each day no water filling station and toiletries were small individuals where large shower and shampoo dispensers would use less plastic. Hotel kindly decorated our room and provided a lovely csje as i said it was my husbands special birthday which he was very grateful for. Mini bar in room is a nice touch, would be nice to have bath robes as only slippers were provided. Would i recommend... .yes this is paradise!!

We arrived a day late to the hotel due to flight delays and the hotel and Expedia refused to refund us. It was nearly $600/night for on the water suite. During check in, we went to guest kiosk (right of check-in) and Intan was making me feel like i was stupid for asking a refund, making faces, smiling (lauging almost) when i asked question and talking to Saad next to her in their native language. I spoke to them throughout the stay just to see if they're always like this and one day when their management was there, Saad was super friendly. Anyways, we got lucky with our room since that was the best one at the property (room 1523) since it offered privacy and amazing views and was actually on the water unlike some other rooms where the water doesnt get there until tide comes in. They drive you in a buggy around the property to get to your room so id say if i got any other room, i probably wouldnt have enjoyed my stay since it was so hot and humid, we maily stayed in the room and enjoyed the view. I think if you get the forest challets expedia tries to charge you for breakfast but from what i saw on their website and whay i experienced on the property, breakfast is included with all the rooms so dont get scammed. Breakfast was a great experience, they have so much food! Sardines Sambal with the coconut rice is a must try, but easy on the sambal, it's spicy. The beach is alright, couldnt see any fish though. No more than 4 days needed in Langkawi id say.

Einzigartiges Erlebnis in tropischen Regenwald inmitten der malaysischen Tierwelt.
Unser Chalet war sauber, gut eingerichtet (mit TV, Telefon, Terrasse, Klimaanlage und Ventilator) und hatten tollen Meerblick.
Das Transportsystem auf der Anlage ist auch einzigartig und hat in der Regel gut und schnell funktioniert.
Der Pool- und Strandbereich war auch sehr schön und immer ausreichend freie Liegen. Die Restaurants haben uns auch alle gut gefallen. Wir waren 5 Tage dort, hätten es aber auch länger ausgehalten. Wir können die Anlage weiterempfehlen und würden auch wieder dorthin kommen.

The staff were all local Malaysians. Fascinating. A rare sight these days even in 5 star hotels. And the best part is all of them spoke English very well, even the cleaners. Well done.

Superb stay. Not only was the resort itself fantastic, with an incredible private beach and a perfect mountain backdrop, but the service was exceptional too. When we had a small issue with our original room, the reception team were brilliant about resolving it speedily. A special thanks for Hafi, Mina and Padi for their help- it was truly appreciated and helped to make the stay really special. Would happily stay there again.

A taste of paradise being in the rain fiorest and still see the sea. Hotel staff were all friendly, our chalet was a bit dated but it added to the natural surroundings, the floor boards could be looked at creeked all the time. Views were amazing and you felt like you were living in the rain forest close to nature with so many animals and birds to see. Food was very good and liked how we could choose which restaurant to dine in each night. As far as eco more needs to be fone as plastic water bottles delivered each day no water filling station and toiletries were small individuals where large shower and shampoo dispensers would use less plastic. Hotel kindly decorated our room and provided a lovely csje as i said it was my husbands special birthday which he was very grateful for. Mini bar in room is a nice touch, would be nice to have bath robes as only slippers were provided. Would i recommend... .yes this is paradise!!

Housekeeping was fast and good. But pickup/drop from lobby to room, guest services, was average.
We were in Rain forest and it was raining, so some insects were natural

We arrived a day late to the hotel due to flight delays and the hotel and Expedia refused to refund us. It was nearly $600/night for on the water suite. During check in, we went to guest kiosk (right of check-in) and Intan was making me feel like i was stupid for asking a refund, making faces, smiling (lauging almost) when i asked question and talking to Saad next to her in their native language. I spoke to them throughout the stay just to see if they're always like this and one day when their management was there, Saad was super friendly. Anyways, we got lucky with our room since that was the best one at the property (room 1523) since it offered privacy and amazing views and was actually on the water unlike some other rooms where the water doesnt get there until tide comes in. They drive you in a buggy around the property to get to your room so id say if i got any other room, i probably wouldnt have enjoyed my stay since it was so hot and humid, we maily stayed in the room and enjoyed the view. I think if you get the forest challets expedia tries to charge you for breakfast but from what i saw on their website and whay i experienced on the property, breakfast is included with all the rooms so dont get scammed. Breakfast was a great experience, they have so much food! Sardines Sambal with the coconut rice is a must try, but easy on the sambal, it's spicy. The beach is alright, couldnt see any fish though. No more than 4 days needed in Langkawi id say.
