The environment really nice :-)

The reception area is usually not manned but there are a few h/p no. which we could contact but we could easily find them in the hotel grounds. This is probably due to the low room capacity. We booked a room with 2 queen beds with attached bathroom in the villa for 2 nights. On the second day, the manager informed us that the villa rooms were all booked for a big group and asked us if we would like to move to a quieter room as the group is expected to party all night long. We were offered 2 smaller container size rooms with balcony away from the villa that can sleep 3 each but have bigger bathrooms. It was a great arrangement as we we had privacy from our teens for a night and need not pay for the extra room! Everything were new as we understood it had opened for a year only in 2017. The interior of the villa rooms and container rooms were modern. Internet were available in all rooms we stayed. The upper container rooms which we stayed were hot in the afternoon, so we kept the air-cond on at all times except when we are out. There were fruit ants near the doors when we moved to the containers but the housekeeper help to spray some liquid. No problem. Afterall, we were located at the hills. Overall, very satisfied with Casa.
