As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:
- A tax of MYR 10.00 per accommodation, per night is imposed by the country of Malaysia and collected at the property beginning July 1, 2021. Permanent residents and Malaysian nationals are exempt from the tax. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.

First day, the staff give me a wrong room without window and the room is very smelly. I ask to change room but the staff said that he cannot confirm my booking. Secondary day, there have a electricity problem and the staff is not responsible well. In a word, the service and the facilities are not correspond with 3 star hotel.

The room smells bad.
Towel is old and have some funny odour.
The Bed, you are like sleeping on a spring. Had back pain the next day. The blanket is rough and not comfortable.
Overall, definitely not a return customer.

Don't have extra aircond remote. Need to turn on the aircond then return the remote to the counter. Have bug and insect in the bathroom. Bathroom in very bad condition. Towel very smelly.
