호텔은 깨끗하고 냉온수가 제공되며, 객실 밖에 정수기가 있습니다. 다리미도 객실 밖에 마련되어 있습니다. 엘리베이터는 없지만 1층까지 올라가는 것은 괜찮습니다. 리셉션 직원은 친절하고 서비스도 좋으며 모든 고객 요청에 매우 친절하게 응대합니다. 보증금 RM50은 현금으로 지불해야 하므로 현금을 미리 준비해 두세요. 호텔 근처에는 말레이시아 음식점이 없으므로 식사를 원하시면 3~4km 이내에 있는 호텔로 나가셔야 합니다. 이 호텔은 방음이 전혀 안 되니, 활동을 하고 싶으시다면 소리를 줄여주세요. 전반적으로는 만족스러웠습니다! 즐거운 시간이었습니다!

객실에 식수가 없습니다. 관리자님, 투숙객의 필요 사항을 충족해 주시기 바랍니다. 수압이 너무 약하고 온수도 뜨겁지 않습니다.

Water pressure at the shower area not strong enough and flush at WC not strong enough, need improvement.

Not many facilities as you need to request for hair dryer and the iron is outside the room. But overall good room for a night just to rest and shower. A lot of places to eat nearby especially for non halal food.

When I arrived at the hotel the hotel made me pay tourist tax of 10 rinigit per night. Currently, the tourist tax is frozen until December 31st. When contacting the hotel owner he said yes the tax was frozen but the hotel still charges it to foreign tourists. I consider it a shame and an attempt to deceive a foreign tourist. After checking out, the hotel did not collect tourist tax, yet I don't feel satisfied with this place because I had a lot of stress than rest here. Despite the comfortable room, I am not able to give a positive review of this hotel.

Everything exploded when the staff absurdly charged us RM10 from our deposit. First, when we checked in the room, we realized that there is smoking smell in the toilet. There is also disgusting brown stain on the pillow. The water is not hot enough although I turned MAX. At the midnight, the air conditioner is very noisy. Furthermore, the bedsheet started to make us itchy. However, we decided to tolerate these unpleasant condition. Not until the next morning during the check out process, the staff gave us a picture of two black dots on the bedsheet which were obviously left there for decades and claimed that they were left by us. We asked the staff the position of the black dots because we also noticed similar dots from the left corner of the bedsheet. Ironically, the staff had no idea where the black dots are and said it was pictured by the janitor? She charged us RM10 from our deposit. We argued for 5 minutes but again decided to tolerate since we are running out of time. Well, this is my first time giving a bad review for a hotel. I hope this will also be the last. 🙂.

All others thing are great cuma heater di bilik single bed sahaja tak hidup dan tak berfungsi.. Harap dapat ditambahbaik pada masa akan datang.

The hotel is clean but the staff not friendly. Both of us were women and bring luggage each but not one could help to bring it even a level up from receptionist which the said place have no lift.

Bilik biasa sahaja, sempit dengan susun atur yang tidak kemas, tiada ruang untuk bergerak.

Bilik bersih, cuma untuk standard room tiada ruang untuk solat. Terpaksa solat atas katil 😅

Hotel kemudahan ok, staf layanan ok tetapi astro tidak ada, hanya siaran TV biasa aje.
