말레이시아 왕립 세관청의 발표에 따라, 2023년 1월 1일부터 말레이시아 비거주자 또는 비영주권자인 모든 호텔 투숙객에게 관광세가 부과됩니다. 호텔에서 체크인 시 관광세를 징수할 예정입니다. 관광세는 객실당 1박당 10 RM입니다.

일반 체크인 지침

- A tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. - Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Local Government Fee per room per night(imposed by Penang Government starting from 1st June 2014). This fee is not included in room rates. - All special request such as additional car park, early check-in, late check-out, non-smoking room, room with balcony etc, are strongly subject to availability & amp; cannot be guaranteed. You are encourage to contact the hotel at least 24 hours before arrival for the special requests. - Hotel may charge additional fee for each extra person after exceeding room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability.
- Additional Breakfast is chargeable at MYR 19.00 per pax per day and to be paid at the hotel.
- Security deposit will be charged at RM 100.00 upon check-In.
- Starting October 11th, 2021, as an effort to ensure the safety of our guests and staff, the property will fully adhere to the guidelines designated by the government to restrict all entry and check-in. Only fully vaccinated individual with low risk status is allowed. The property may further request additional documentation during check in for validation and identification purposes. Please contact the property for more info.
- Early check in charges will be charge RM25.00 per hour ( from 0700 am until 1200 pm).

실제로 방 크기와 청결은 괜찮았지만, 3성급 호텔 기준으로는 객실 키를 하나만 주고 두 번째 키는 허용하지 않아서 끔찍했습니다. 저는 2인용 트윈 베드룸을 예약했는데, 한 사람이 나가고 싶어하고 다른 한 사람이 잠을 자고 있을 때 매우 번거로웠습니다(주어진 키 카드는 에어컨과 조명에 사용해야 했습니다). 직원들은 친절했고 괜찮았지만, 체크인과 체크아웃 시간을 개선하면 처리 시간을 단축할 수 있었을 것입니다.

During my stay at the hotel, I feel like the room is quite spacious. The bed is comfortable not to hard not to soft. The bad part is the programs on the TV. It 's very limited with one channel which you can watch. The rest of OK.

Hi, We already stayed at this hotel before in 2018. That time the hotel is awesome. But now we think something need to be done to bring back the place same like before. Maybe because of the MCO. We not going to stay again at this hotel. Regards. Wadi.

I check in with my friend for one night. And we really enjoyed our vacation. Especially the balcony view. Im quite surprise and don’t expect at all. We really like it and can see Komtar from our room. Just need to upgraded the wifi because a bit slow. And TV channel also don’t have many channel. Other than that, we are satisfied. Staff was friendly and they give permission to check out at 1pm. Do not worry about parking because this hotel have a lot of parking and Also have a nice view. It have breakfast but we don’t take it so don’t know how the food is.Definitely will come again nextime. Thank you 😘

Check in was smooth but we have to pay rm300 deposit for 3 rooms even we have fully paid upon booking. Rooms are spacious as per picture. Each room got safe box, iron and hair dryer. They even have free newspaper at reception. We had pleasant stay here.
