고객은 도착 1일 전에 호텔에 연락해야 합니다.

- A tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. - Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Local Government Fee per room per night(imposed by Penang Government starting from 1st June 2014). This fee is not included in room rates. - All special request such as additional car park, early check-in, late check-out, non-smoking room, room with balcony etc, are strongly subject to availability & amp; cannot be guaranteed. You are encourage to contact the hotel at least 24 hours before arrival for the special requests. - Hotel may charge additional fee for each extra person after exceeding room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability.
- Additional Breakfast is chargeable at MYR 19.00 per pax per day and to be paid at the hotel.
- Security deposit will be charged at RM 100.00 upon check-In.
- Starting October 11th, 2021, as an effort to ensure the safety of our guests and staff, the property will fully adhere to the guidelines designated by the government to restrict all entry and check-in. Only fully vaccinated individual with low risk status is allowed. The property may further request additional documentation during check in for validation and identification purposes. - Early check in charges will be charge RM25.00 per hour ( from 0700 am until 1200 pm).
