실제로 방 크기와 청결은 괜찮았지만, 3성급 호텔 기준으로는 객실 키를 하나만 주고 두 번째 키는 허용하지 않아서 끔찍했습니다. 저는 2인용 트윈 베드룸을 예약했는데, 한 사람이 나가고 싶어하고 다른 한 사람이 잠을 자고 있을 때 매우 번거로웠습니다(주어진 키 카드는 에어컨과 조명에 사용해야 했습니다). 직원들은 친절했고 괜찮았지만, 체크인과 체크아웃 시간을 개선하면 처리 시간을 단축할 수 있었을 것입니다.

During my stay at the hotel, I feel like the room is quite spacious. The bed is comfortable, not too hard, not too soft. The bad part is the programs on the TV. It's very limited with one channel which you can watch. The rest is OK.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and spacious, parking area provided.

I check in with my friend for one night. And we really enjoyed our vacation. Especially the balcony view. Im quite surprise and don’t expect at all. We really like it and can see Komtar from our room. Just need to upgraded the wifi because a bit slow. And TV channel also don’t have many channel. Other than that, we are satisfied. Staff was friendly and they give permission to check out at 1pm. Do not worry about parking because this hotel have a lot of parking and Also have a nice view. It have breakfast but we don’t take it so don’t know how the food is.Definitely will come again nextime. Thank you 😘

Check in was smooth but we have to pay rm300 deposit for 3 rooms even we have fully paid upon booking. Rooms are spacious as per picture. Each room got safe box, iron and hair dryer. They even have free newspaper at reception. We had pleasant stay here.
