과거 Paragon City Hotel로 알려졌던 De Grande Suite

아쉽네요. 엘리베이터가 없어요. 3층으로 가려면 계단을 이용해야 해요.

Location good, near restaurant. Hotel facility very bad, room very old, toilet smilely, wall crack, skirting around room fall down, air cond not working well, have TV but no function, very noisy when people walking at corridor, corridor floor tiles crack and unsafe, receptionist (fat girl) unpolite, very bad customer services, room services very slow need wait till 3 o clock only can check in, no more here again.

The Paragon City hotel ipoh I guess is going to close down, that's why not well maintained at all! Full of cockroaches and the wall papers are torn apart with water stains as per shown in the pictures! Very disappointed! Since cannot refund, check out to another hotel! Never ever go there again!

Indah kabar dari rupa, hotel seperti hotel berhantu, start dari entrance memang scary, dengan tangga yang ade rumput-rumput di celahnya. Yang tak boleh ade surcharge RM 10 per night. No WiFi, no TV. Bilik kotor & geli. Serius menyesal booked, tengok gambar langsung tak sama dengan hotel.

1st masuk tunggu aircond sejuk hingga sejam lebih tak sejuk-sejuk. Minta tukar, dicaj RM 10. Bilik baru pulak lipas banyak. Akhirnya kesabaran hilang so marah-marah dorang bg spray lipas, huhu. Sedih. Jangan mau. Tak seperti gambar sebenar. Staf bagus, mudah ucap maaf.

Terrible Experience. Smelly. Many cockroach.

Additional RM10 charge. No wifi at room. No TV at room.

For the money you paid to stay is utterly disgusting to get dirty sheets. Definitely don't recommend people to stay. There even extra charges (weekends) that was not mentioned until check in.

Bad bad bad. Extra charge (rm20) to customer due to chinnese new year event. Water pressure is slow, TV cannot be use, water only provide for two people only byright it should 4 people for vip theme suites. Jacuzzi cannot be use. Charge extra with low service quality.!

Bilik yang diberikan tidak dikemas terlebih dahulu. Tisu tiada. Water heater tidak berfungsi. Ada bayaran tambahan apabila tiba di reservation.

Start from check in time give me 1st bad impression. Need to wait a hour to check in. Only able to get a room at 5pm. Staff not friendly. Room very dirty. Towel you can't imagine this hotel still used it. Room and environment smelling no good. Very old hotel. Don't trust photos from advertisement. All thing very worst. Already booked and paid online but still to pay extra charges when check in. This hotel spoil my holiday. Around hotel parking area so scary. I remind don't trust the photos ya. You will regret. Not recommendedhotel.

Location quite ok but hotel in bad condition with front desk just wearing t shirt and no reservations systems water heater not functioning well air cond and carpet was dirty.

There are a few issues that we are dissatisfied. Which are, the reception is close during lunch hour. I have to wait for the receptionist to come and open the main hotel door after 2pm since in the note was written check in hour is at 12pm-2pm. Secondly, the housekeeping did not change the bedsheet and the pillowcase. There are stains on them. The room was not properly clean. Thirdly the air conditioner remote was not provided. Lastly the TV was uninstalled from the room. Basically the hotel was in very poor condition.

Due to the global virus pandemic outbreak, the hotel industry is badly affected and sadly this hotel too is at the losing end as it 's not able to provide a proper accommodation with services. Even the security has been compromise to a certain level. I hope the hotel will be able to give a better service in the near future. Thank you.

Very2 bad hotel not recommended. Air cond not function properly... Room too hot, room dirty, limited channel for tv only tv3 and tv7. Not comfortable

An old hotel with rundown room and facilities. Whilst the check-in process was fast as I checked- in at night, the room I got was totally different than pics. My room was changed and to my horror, the room looked old, carpet seemed dusty and decaying, there was no tv inside (was never informed before check-in/ on the web). Aircond was faulty but maintenance staff came and put in tissue to help let the aircond flap stay open. Hot water not available; bathe in shivers! Towels are of cheapskate material; not even water absorbent. Wifi non-existent lol. No tv, no wifi, bad room condition. Paid RM 123 for such a bad stay! The only good thing I can compliment would be the warm receptionist though she didn’t inform the room’s condition before check-in and the comfortable bed. Other than that, the room is very poor in shape and sad. Save your time from nightmares of staying here! Felt cheated but since desperate for last minute check-in and most hotels are full, had to stay for the night. Hotel management should be transparent in doing business and offer compensation to customers if rooms are not on par with what advertised. Room in question, no 410. please take note of this hotel.

The actual room environment is not match with the picture on the web...the price is not worth for the room environment and the service too
