Been here coupled of time. Clean hotel next to famous kopitiam. Easy for breakfast. Room a little small, can't even spread by sajadah. Easy to get parking.

Got room 507, a bit of small space.

The room is enough for 4 people, 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. The toilet is clean and so good, have a hairdryer, 3 towels, liquid shampoo and soap. Overall I'm satisfied with my stay in this hotel 👍🏻.

Bilik terlalu kecik, xde tempat nak solat, mintak bilik non smoking tapi first enter bilik berbau asap rokok, lemas bau asap rokok.

The hotel location is good, walking distance to komtar. However, the bed got bed bugs. The bed bugs bite over my neck, hand and leg. Hotel management must look into this matter

Near to town, Uitm Raub, fast food & local eateries. breakfast provided, Superior deluxe room was big enough, Bathroom with bathtub, basic toiletries & towels. Staff will place parking coupon for you. Will stay here again if i ever come to Raub in the future. Recommended!

I put/parked my car beside the parking lot that provided by the hotel, I can said that it is a public parking since the parking provided in front of the hotel was full at that time. I did mentioned to the staff at the front desk about the parking when I was check in, did I need to put parking coupon and she said, she will put it. Unfortunately when I want to go out at that night I found that there was a summon slip for my vehicle. They promised, they will pay for the summon and settle it for me (it is not the first time this happened, same issue happened to other customers as well) because at that time I stayed there for 1 night only. I did checked with the Majlis Daerah Raub and they haven’t received any payment yet. I did called the hotel asking for the explanation and the receptionist that answered my call very impolite (rude) and just end a call with me (after said they will pay for it). The parking summon is not really a big issue and I can pay for that, but the main concern is about their services to their customers. Keep promise but there is no action taken from their side. Besides that, I also have to wait in the restaurant for the breakfast to be ready even though it was just 8.30 in the morning and there is no food served/finished. No welcoming greeting from the staff at the front desk, unfriendly and no courtesy. The room was clean. It was my first time stayed at this hotel and would be last time too.

Selesa dan sesuai dengan harga.

Kemudahan selesa, tetapi terlalu sempit bilik bawah.

Hotel bersih tetapi agak sempet dan tidak ada tingkap.

Clean and comfortable. But the breakfast choices are limited. Overall still good to stay with reasonable price.
