Room is okay but can improve on the soundproof. Abke to hear the next unit open & slam door.

夜10時すぎの到着だったが、事前に連絡しておいたので全く問題なし。入り口を入るとプラナカン様式の美しい建築が目に入る。エレベーターはないが、宿の方が重い荷物を部屋まで運んでくれて助かった。部屋はMALAY ROOM。手入れされた歴史を感じる家具が、1人では広すぎる部屋に置かれており落ち着く。メンテナンスされたバスルームはシャワーのみ。他の投稿でお湯が出ないと書かれていたが、バスルーム入り口に、利用する5分前にオンするスイッチがあり、忘れると水のままなので注意が必要。バルコニーもあるが、夜は開けると蚊が入ってきた。（蚊取りは部屋に設置されている） 朝食は一階の庭に面した部屋で、木曜はナシレマッなど4〜5種類から一つ選択して、おばちゃんにオーダー。金曜はバフェ形式で、ひととおりの洋食とフルーツに、ルンダンやチャークイティオ、クエダダールなどニョニャ料理もあってどれも美味。部屋数がそれほど多くないので、混み合うことなくゆっくりいただけた。 明るくなって建物内を探検したが、一階はプラナカン様式の白い床と焦茶の木彫りの造りがとにかく美しい。階段がいくつもあり、ちょっと迷路のようで楽しい。 ジョンカーストリートやオランダ広場も徒歩で5分ほどなので、お土産を買ったら荷物を置きに来るのも便利。 次回のマラッカ訪問では、ここで3泊くらい過ごしたい。

Excellent hébergement

Old town Melaka in this hotel our suite was spacious and the bathroom was modern and beautiful. The bed was spacious and lounge chair amazing. Enjoyed the walkable tours . Food suggestions and many options to eat and shop. This hotel was over 100 years d with Asian inlays and carved furnishings. The Portuguese architecture was awesome blended with Chinese decor. Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to stay here again.

Good friend staff and room is well maintain.

Great location, right next to Jonker street. The only issue with I had was the squeaky wooden floors. I heard mine as well as my neighbors. As long as you don’t mind that, place is awesome

Friendly staff. Concerned that they would not return my deposit which they took on my first night after 7 days. Also expect to pay all nights on the first day. Beautiful Perakaan house. Locality is ideal for sight seeing and eating local food. Grab drivers are helpful and friendly

I had a pleasant experience. This boutique hotel offers a unique blend of privacy and comfort, with only 10 spacious rooms—perfect for those who appreciate a quieter, more exclusive stay. The Peranakan-inspired décor is absolutely charming, with intricate details that reflect Melaka’s rich heritage, while the modern bathrooms provide all the expected amenities (though a small addition like cotton pads for makeup removal would be nice!). The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the heritage district, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions on foot. Service is warm and attentive, adding a personal touch to my stay. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the overall ambiance feels both cozy and elegant. A couple of things to note: WiFi can be weak at times, and while the hotel advertises on-site parking, spaces are quite limited. Also, there are no elevators, so be prepared for some staircase climbing. 😅 Overall, Heeren Palm Suites is a wonderful choice for those looking for a blend of heritage charm, comfort, and a prime location in Melaka! Would definitely stay again.

The property looked very basic but the rooms were excellent. The staff were very helpful and polite. Locations was within walking distance to interesting locations.

Nice Hotel with great location in the heart of Melaka Bit noisy from the street.

More than friendly personal, makes you feel like home. All our needs were taking care of even the ones that are not related to them. Location wise is the best as you can walk to Jonker Street and many other historical places in few minutes. Thank you Heeren Palm Suites for your warmth welcome.

UPDATES FACITILITES SUCH BREAKFAST

The hotel was a nice building in a good location. We received a good welcome by reception staff and there were no problems. Breakfast was very average with a limited choice and staff who weren’t that interested, although by no means unpleasant. There was no bar or restaurant. The room was absolutely fine. The hotel overall just seemed a bit bare. But it really wasn’t bad. Don’t be put off if you get a good deal.

A lovely hotel in an old Shophouse. The location is stellar. The staff are friendly and caring. The layout of our room was slightly odd, you can see in the bathroom (just odd not bad). Breakfast was average.
