아름다운 인피니티 풀을 갖춘 멋진 호텔입니다. KSL 몰 근처에 있어서 위치가 편리했습니다. 아침 뷔페식 조식은 엉망이었고, 좀 더 잘 관리되었으면 좋았을 것 같습니다. 전반적으로 좋은 경험이었습니다.

출장으로 5박을 묵었습니다. 호텔 상태와 시설이 기대 이상이었습니다. 앞으로도 좋은 서비스 부탁드립니다. 다음에도 다시 방문하겠습니다.

21층 객실에 핸드헬드 샤워기가 있어서 좋았어요. 욕실의 단점은 샤워기 수압이 낮았다는 거예요. 샤워기 헤드를 잡지 않으면 목욕을 거의 할 수 없었어요.

직원들이 친절하고 배려심이 많습니다.

It 's my 2nd time stay at Holiday Villa for a weekend short trip with my family. Love this hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Aircon not strong. Sweat whole night. 18degrees celcious but feel like 28 degrees. Call room service but nobody pick up. Do better guys.

The carpet is very smelly. The bathtub also not clean. The pricing is not worth with the quality. The only good thing is strategic location. Thanks.

Sangat memuaskan dan bersih ditingkat kan.

This was my third time staying at Holiday Villa hotel. As per previous stays, it was a good experience. The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is also ideal, as it is just opposite ksl mall. Just to share that the hotel collects a 100 ringgit deposit prior to check in, which would be returned upon check out.

It was an excellent location as it's a short walking distance to KSL mall. The only issue was the procedure of check in. We had checked in at 2pm as stated but was told the rooms were not ready and to come back an hour later to pick up the keys after registration. When we went back at 3pm, there was a long queue and we were told to queue again even though we have already checked in an hour ago. We have to join the queue with the rest who were just checking in. It just defeated the purpose of checking in at 2pm as stated and had to queue again just for collection of keys.

Pelanyanan reception sangat tidak sopan & kasar, tidak punya sopan santun & kurang ajar.

Not too far from immigration center. Walking distance to Medan Selera food court. Exchange center downstair. Next to ksl mall. Check in is fast even on weekends (tnxs Ms. Wani). Room is big. Breakfast has many options (packed on sun). Overall is worth the money.

It 's disappointing that the mini fridge in Room 2114 isn't working-we bought some food item which needs to be kept in fridge before we leave the following day back to Singapore. Also, the safe cannot be programmed as per instruction manual. Beside that, the rest are good-room/toilet cleanliness, breakfast.

Kurang nyaman karena kamar tidak bersih dan banyak rambut.

The hotel is perfect for family getaway. I'd love the swimming pool. The staff hotel gave an excellent service. Thanks.

We heard the hotel was overbooked as our friends who booked on another platform was rebooked into another hotel. At the counter, after the staff saw our confirmation email and details, they tried to say that they "couldn't find our booking" and asked us to contact the agent. However, my friend scolded the counter saying it was irresponsible of the hotel to ask the customer to contact since it was already confirmed and they should be the one to contact online agent. After they went to the back office and came out another few minutes later, they proceeded to issue us our rooms as they "found" our booking. Not a good first impression. (especially after a 4h wait at the customs) The room that they gave us had some issues with the toilet door which can't close properly. But other than that, the rest of the trip was fine. Swimming pool was really pretty. Location is good. Breakfast was also quite good. We were lucky we went earlier for breakfast as well as there was an extremely snaking long queue. Overall, not too bad. But would recommend maybe going when there's less people or peak periods.

30 30 Is our check in date and also our little son birthday. During evening time, we have bough a cake to celebrate his birthday. After our celebration, we want to keep the remaining cake into the mini fridge, but we noticed the fridge is spoiled, not cold but rather hot. So we have contacted the operator for help. Then their reply is will help to inform the facility team. We wait for 30 mins, but no one come to check. So we cal again, same reply that already informed the team. Again, nobody come after 2hrs, and we give up and just hope the cake can still eat this morning (1 May). Unfortunately, all remaining cake was spoiled, So we feel very disappointed to the operator who doesn't follow up our request closely with the team to ensure the issue is resolved. Nonetheless, the front desk service is good during the check in.

My room was supposed to be with a BathTub but was given a room without a bathtub. I thought I paid for a room with a bathtub and why am I given a room without a bathtub?

Breakfast was horrible, I was told it ends at 10.30 am, came down at 925 am, not much choice and no refill, assume food gonna come in, again 10 am check the buffet line, frustrating, was told by staff no more refill, my questions is that, I pay the same amount be it 630 am or 930 am, I expect the food is the same, common guys, I am so unhappy, effort of coming down was really not worth, do not take us for granted.

Hotel selesa & memuaskan. Proses check in cepat & mudah. Cuma laluan/selekoh ke parking hotel di tkt 4 agak sempit bagi kenderaan MPV. Lokasi hotel agak sesak & merimaskan.
