호텔 페나가

조지타운 중간에 있다고 생각했는데 생각보다 다른곳을 가려면 교통수단을 이용해야 해서 거리가 타운 안에 있다고 다 좋은 것은 아니었다고 생각합니다. 다만 듀플렉스의 장점으로 언니네 커플과 같이 지냈는데 1층 거실과 2층 침실 이용하면서 좋은 시간을 보냈습니다. / 조식은 별로

룸도 사진이랑 같구 좋았어요! 다만 복도에 카펫에서 곰팡이 냄새가 너무 심했어요ㅠㅡㅠ 룸은 깨끗했는데.. 그게 좀 아쉽네요!

very interesting, historical buildings with antic big rooms and bathrooms, very nice staff, parking in front ok, very good restaurant for lunch diners, breakfast though very basic. Location great.

It was a traditional guest room atmosphere, but it was a pity that there were failures in some places. The response of the staff is not particularly good, and I have the impression that it is normal.

The hotel was unique and beautiful and spacious! Expedia has errors in the listing, so if a pool is an absolute requirement, do not stay here, there is NO POOL. We booked this place with a pool in mind for the kids, but we arrived to find out that Expedia details were wrong. The hotel doesn't deal with Expedia directly so they are not responsible for that misinformation. We noted that on other websites the information was correct. That being said, we were glad we stayed at this hotel despite the lack of pool. The location was amazing, the unique quirks of this historic building we're charming, and the staff were fantastic. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and ensured our whole family was ready each day of exploring that followed.

i travel 3 times for holiday a year, and only stays 3.5-5 star hotel. the room acoustic is the worst of any i ever stayed, hardly get any sleep

Very nice hotel with old colonial style.

7am breakfast, only 1 person is working and not quite ready to serve your guests. Coffee machine not working and no one to ask. No one is there. The bread is straight out from the fridge. The location is next to a motorcycle shop. Very noise when they are testing their customers bike. Room is clean.

Positief: de redelijke tot goede lokatie, de inrichting van het hotel, de ruimte van de kamer en de badkamer, de yacuzzi in de kamer, de zeer behulpzame staf Negatief: slecht onderhoud (yacuzzi bracht water met veel zand, de kaart voor het kamerslot werkte verschillende keren niet, de aircon begaf het (resulterend in een verhuizing naar een andere kamer)

Very noisy location. Had to switch room for better sleeping. Bed sheets were poorly washed and sanitized

Location is very good and staff friendly, but concierge services were poor when seeking advice re places to eat. The room was comfortable and had a nice balcony, but one floorboard was broken, covered by a mat. Breakfast was disappointing - many items in the warmers were cold and it was hit and miss getting eggs cooked the way you liked depending on who was on duty. Often food that had run our was not restocked in a timely manner at times leaving little choice. Overall it appeared that the kitchen was understaffed and not particularly vigilant.

Free breakfast, free afternoon tea, free happy hour drink. Swimming pool facilitated beside the restaurant. The room is quit big included a living room and two terraces. The bathroom is a bit dirty, if you are really focus on bathroom cleaning , please dont choose this hotel.

Expected mw more of a Hotel with 4 stats

Vårt sällskap hade två rum på olika våningar och olika riktningar. Mot gatan var det svårt att sova pga ljud, rummen var inte så rena och det luktade överlag rätt unket. Vi hade förväntat oss mer av ett 4-stjärnigt hotell. Personalen och frukosten var dock jättebra.

Very nice traditional style house hotel.

This hotel is *super* cute, and the breakfast spreads were quite good (I've had better, but those were pretty extreme). The location is great for walking around downtown. Note that the Transfer rooms require walking up two flights of stairs. The wifi speed was good, but maxed out on three devices. The second day there wasn't a lot of hot water for some reason. Check-in was a bit slow, but not unreasonably so. My biggest problem was that the beds were *super* hard. While I hope to visit Penang again, I won't be staying at this hotel just because of the mattresses, they were that bad. It was practically just a 1-inch layer of foam on top of a box-spring, it was that hard. Unfortunately hard mattresses are sort of a southeast asian thing so I am not sure other places will be much better either.

This hotel is in the perfect location. It had everything you need and very comfortable as well. Can be a little noisy as it’s located on a main road but it’s not too bad and they do provide you with ear plugs. Excellent staff, everything is as described on the site as well.
