친절하고 상냥한 직원들...이 호텔이 중심지로 자리매김하길 바랍니다.

좋아요 호텔 주변도 끔찍해 보이지만 그래도 머물기에는 좋았어요 주변 환경이 꽤 좋아요 주차장이 넓어요

머물기 좋은 곳이에요. 모든 게 다 괜찮아요.

로비부터 객실까지 카펫에서 나쁜 냄새가 납니다.

침실이 매우 넓고 위치도 좋습니다. 아래층에는 유명한 음식점과 술집이 많고, 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 펍들이 즐비합니다. 세븐일레븐은 바로 아래층에 있고, 슈퍼마켓은 두 블록 거리에 있습니다. 은행도 꽤 많아서 ATM이 급하게 필요할 때 매우 편리합니다.

- 오래된 호텔이지만 객실 시설은 잘 관리됨.- 베개가 너무 딱딱해서 호텔에서 베개를 바꿔줬으면 좋겠다.- 주차 요금을 1박에 10링깃 내야 함.- 주변에 많은 상점이 있어서 전략적 위치. 하지만 낮에는 매우 붐빔.- 전반적으로 볼 때 가치가 있음

이 호텔이 좋아요, 근처 레스토랑, 중국식당, 마막, 무슬림. 세탁소도 근처에 있어요.

Sangat kecewa... Fasiliti bilik tidak seperti mana di dalam gambar (mgkin apps x update) xberbaloi dengan price rate... Blackout sampai 2, 3 jam, hotel xda sediakan bekalan kuasa (generator).. Tandas pulak xda paip (pili air) untuk membasuh jika membuang.. Lepas tu tualanya kotor, ada banyak rambut² (x dicuci dengan baik).. Guess yang kaciwa😔

Need to improve the wifi. The room just ok. Just close to many local restaurants and easy to accessible

Overall is great. Staffs were so being friendly.

Bau tandas kurang menyenangkan, sachet gula tak disediakan bersama sachet kopi, tea spoon tidak tersedia.

Not as good as before, 1) body shower cream was out & aircon was out in the first room we checked in. After some complain we manage to change room but found out there is body shower cream and hair shampoo in the other room. Thanks to the lazy housekeeping thinking that we are dumb enough to believe him there are providing 2in1 hair and body shampoo. 2) No boiler to make coffee :( 3) Not warm welcome from receptionist, please train them to smile at least, Sabahan are born warm and friendly people. Previously came with family, no issue with anything plus staying here is very convenient when you are not local cause surrounded by shops and foods. What I think is with the price they offer should have better service and accordingly. If keeps going on with what they are offering now, than hotel rate should go down much lower for example below RM100. Thank you

Nice, clean, many food can find around the hotel.

Rooms are rather spacious but some of the reception staff (all receptionists are male, by the way) could have been more friendlier and learn to use basic courtesy like "thank you" and apologise when making a mistake, instead of showing open disdain for customers - your clients are paying to stay at your hotel and without their patronage you would be out of business as a small hotel like yours is relying mostly on room revenue to survive. Also I find housekeeping staff (again all are males) unprofessional and creepy. Twice I hanged the 'do not disturb' sign outside my bedroom door and twice some room attendant flipped the sign around showing 'make up room'; once or twice some room attendant rang my bedroom door bell non-stop when I was sleeping inside and had double locked the door. All these instances look as if the room attendants were insisting to enter and clean you room when you obviously had hanged the do not disturb sign and double locked the door. After I reported to reception about the housekeeping staff flipping the 'do not disturb' sign outside my door, a couple of the room attendants gave me a dirty look when I was at reception counter the next day which left me feeling uncomfortable. Management should educate the room attendants on etiquette, manners and above all respecting hotel huests and their need for privacy. Reception also could improve on customer relation skills, be more open to constructive criticism and treat your customers better. It's not just about collecting money - it's also about providing good service to customers.

On Public holidays & weekend the car park close. Nearby hard to find parking. Need load luggage to reception on 6th floor then check in room another floor. Water heater after make complaint still remain same water not hot/warm.

The price are reasonable pay for what we get.

Bilil luas, besih, staf peramah dan sangat membantu.

We can smell the smoke as soon as we walk out of the lift. The staff is friendly. Parking slots are available both underground and outside of the building but not provided free. The location is surrounded by nice eateries.

Not bad. Great hotel if you wish to eat around as there are plenty of nice foods around.
