Senang sekali karena saya dapat kamar di lantai 20, view-nya sungai, seru, senang. Hotelnya wangi sekali, pelayanan-nya sangat bagus. Terima kasih Ozo Hotel 🥰.

이 호텔은 2020년 건립된 호텔이라서 깨끗합니다. 일층과 리셉션 층의 직원은 별로 친절하지 않습니다.
또 하나의 단점은 객실이 140여개? 정도인데도 아침 조식을 호텔에서 먹는 손님 수가 적습니다. 보통 동시 10명 정도. 즉 음식은 비교적 깨끗하지만 종류가 상당히 뷔페 중에서는 제한적입니다.
구 도심인 조지타운 접근성은 좋습니다

I would like to thank you the night receptionist who did an outstanding job.
My room on the 8th floor was noisy from the air con, but also from the neighbors (walls are quite thin).
The night receptionist very quickly supported my change of room into the 11th floor, which was the same but extremely quiet.
It was extremely efficient, and I had two wonderful nights of sleep.
For that reason, I would like to highlight the great help and the professionalism of this receptionist.

The time spent at Ozo was wonderful. The room is spacious and bright with the light colored furniture and carpet. The infinity pool on the 22nd floor is a great relieve from the heat and crowds after walking around and discovering George Town.
The breakfast buffet is strongly oriented towards savory dishes and not so many options for a more western style breakfast apart from sweet pastries and very little yoghurt. I had a hard time to stomach the hearty breakfast.
I missed the sustainable promise of not changing the towels daily. We left the towels to dry on the hook, yet the towels were refreshed daily. Not really a necessity and kind of waste.
Yet overall we were very happy with choosing Ozo and it made our sty in George Town a very pleasant one. Just a block from all the touristic hotspots but away from the crowds!

Ottimo hotel , buon rapporto qualità prezzo non proprio vicino al centro ma 10 minuti a piedi e si raggiunge facilmente . Personale gentile e pulizia più che discreta , una curiosità strana reception al 20° piano non mi era mai successo .unico difetto colazione scarsa e monotona .

Great place to stay we enjoyed our 5 nights at Ozo. The rooms were clean and pool and view were outstanding. The gym has reasonable gear although its a bit of a fishbowl and gets incredibly hot in the afternoons.

Loved this hotel. Staff so helpful and pleasant. The location is walkable to the busier parts of the city. Pool area is lovely with great views. I will definitely be going back.

For a budget travel, this is a good option. Location near around the old town area, easy to go by foot. Hotel looks new and keep in good condition, however the overall design is quite strange, such as reception at 20/F, Clothes closet indide the toilet, Soap dispenser placed next to electrical socket. Hotel staff is normal, good but not outstanding. Breakfast is ok, taste not match to me. Overall, its worth to stay with the price.

酒店設計時尚舒適。房間寬敞也設計舒適，各用品家具亦安置得宜，床品舒適！
地點：步行15分鐘就到喬治城中心和光大購物商場，酒店對面和附近有吃有喝及便利店。到傳统的茶室也很方便。
我住1008號房5晚，第一天洗澡時要停3次讓水流走，否則溢出，抽氣扇咯咯響個不停，甚是煩擾。後通知前臺接待員，15分鐘後有維修員來把去水位修理妥當，亦把抽氣扇暫時修妥。但再隔半小時又咯咯響，不想再麻煩工程部，只好用時才開啓，但浴室就少了燈光！
希望酒店部門快快修妥，勿再煩擾下位住客！

I would like to thank you the night receptionist who did an outstanding job.
My room on the 8th floor was noisy from the air con, but also from the neighbors (walls are quite thin).
The night receptionist very quickly supported my change of room into the 11th floor, which was the same but extremely quiet.
It was extremely efficient, and I had two wonderful nights of sleep.
