Amazing 5 star hotel with superb location.the sizzle by the sea event buffett is fabulous and great entertainment as well. The para sailing and Hidden cage is right next door. Staff is superb with Nor and Ashenee providing best service. Spacious rooms and good gym and ocean views. Breakfast was also tasty and truly 5 star!

중요 사항
말레이시아 왕립 세관청의 발표에 따라, 2023년 1월 1일부터 말레이시아 비거주자 또는 비영주권자인 모든 호텔 투숙객에게 관광세가 부과됩니다. 호텔에서 체크인 시 관광세를 징수할 예정입니다. 관광세는 객실당 1박당 10 RM입니다.

Airport arrangement service: One way transfer can be arranged at MYR100 per car per way for BMW 330i from Airport to Hotel or Hotel to Airport (maximum 2 persons per vehicle). In the event of cancellation made less than 3 hours or non-arrival, relevant charge will still be levied at full amount of MYR100 between the hours of 12.00am to 6.00am will have an additional 100% midnight surcharge for vehicle booked.
On certain peak dates, the LTF will be charged at RM30 per night.

Beautiful rooms and pools
Only complaint was the breakfast on the egg bacon hash browns area breakfast was cold, I did let them know but the next day same thing. 5 star should not really be struggling with such a basic problem

Great location and fantastic hotel. Only minor gripe is that the food wasn’t great it was fine but not great but lots of fantastic restaurants near by. Staff are incredible. Hotel is gorgeous. We had a great stay and wished it could have been longer!

スタッフの方はプロフェッショナルで皆フレンドリー。掃除のランプをつけておけば、2時間以内には掃除してくれた。ミニバーの中身も無料で飲食できて、4泊した時1回追加で入れてくれた。部屋の掃除も行き届いており、今までで1番広くて、お風呂も素敵な部屋だった。とても満足できる設備。
部屋の前の廊下は外廊下なので、夜はドアの下の隙間から虫が入ってくるんじゃないかと怖くて、バスマットを敷き詰めて寝た。その結果、部屋の中で虫に遭遇する事はほぼなかった。
バルコニーも広くて、夕方からは陽が差すので、洗濯物が乾いてよかった。
外のバーベキューは、値段の割にもう少し料理が充実していたほうがいいし、ジュース類もぬるくて少し残念だった。

Overall, my stay at the hotel was great. The staff were amazing—friendly, accommodating, and quick to resolve issues. The facilities were excellent, and the breakfast options were varied and delicious. I did have a minor issue with the cleanliness of the toilet in my first room, but the staff promptly moved me to a new room. Despite that, I would definitely recommend the hotel for its excellent service and overall comfort.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Absolutely LOVED this hotel. Clean, felt brand new, both pools were great in their own way, location, amenities, views are fantastic, and food and service were A+. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Langkawi.

We stayed at the Park Royal for 4 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed the staff were fantastic. They really could not have been more friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded in our room which was great. We generally had breakfast at the hotel and the range of different foods to choose from was incredible. We had a couple of meals in the evening during our stay and they were equally as good, particularly the Beach BBQ which was superb. Although all the staff were superb, special mention to Fan at the infinity pool on floor 5 and to our lovely cleaning lady, Liza who did a great job during our stay. The manager met us on departure and even provided a driver to take us to the airport for our flight home. Overall we had a fabulous time at the Park Royal and look forward to returning soon.

They have different deluxe ocean view rooms.
The one in the picture is different than given room, sea view angle was blocked by the terrace is not the same. Restaurant's working hours are a bit tricky. Open bar next to the pool and bit too hot and humid.

The manager met us on departure and even provided a driver to take us to the airport for our flight home. Overall we had a fabulous time at the Park Royal and look forward to returning soon.

They have different deluxe ocean view rooms.
The one in the picture is different than given room, sea view angle was blocked by the terrace is not the same. Restaurant's working hours are a bit tricky. Open bar next to the pool and bit too hot and humid.
