Great location and fantastic hotel. Only minor gripe is that the food wasn’t great it was fine but not great but lots of fantastic restaurants near by. Staff are incredible. Hotel is gorgeous. We had a great stay and wished it could have been longer!

Only complaint was the breakfast on the egg bacon hash browns area breakfast was cold, I did let them know but the next day same thing. 5 star should not really be struggling with such a basic problem

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Absolutely LOVED this hotel. Clean, felt brand new, both pools were great in their own way, location, amenities, views are fantastic, and food and service were A+. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Langkawi.

We stayed at the Park Royal for 4 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed the staff were fantastic. They really could not have been more friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded in our room which was great. We generally had breakfast at the hotel and the range of different foods to choose from was incredible. We had a couple of meals in the evening during our stay and they were equally as good, particularly the Beach BBQ which was superb. Although all the staff were superb, special mention to Fan at the infinity pool on floor 5 and to our lovely cleaning lady, Liza who did a great job during our stay. The manager met us on departure and even provided a driver to take us to the airport for our flight home. Overall we had a fabulous time at the Park Royal and look forward to returning soon.

They have different deluxe ocean view rooms.
The one in the picture is different than given room, sea view angle was blocked by the terrace is not the same. Restaurant's working hours are a bit tricky. Open bar next to the pool and bit too hot and humid.

Very good hotel, great views from the hotel room, great location, clean beach, pool, huge breakfast selection. Great resturants. Ideal spot to walk to the main stip where all markets are.
The only thing id say is the pillows smelt very bad, like a damp smell. Even though they bought replacements.

They have different deluxe ocean view rooms.
The one in the picture is different than given room, sea view angle was blocked by the terrace is not the same. Restaurant's working hours are a bit tricky. Open bar next to the pool and bit too hot and humid.

Very good hotel, great views from the hotel room, great location, clean beach, pool, huge breakfast selection. Great resturants. Ideal spot to walk to the main stip where all markets are.
The only thing id say is the pillows smelt very bad, like a damp smell. Even though they bought replacements.
