Hotel ok mehr nicht

The overall cleanliness of the room was below acceptable standards. The furniture was poorly maintained and felt outdated, as if sourced from second-hand stores many years ago. The in-room safe was not functioning properly. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. The food was cold, the selection was very limited, and birds were eating directly from the buffet tables, which raised serious hygiene concerns. We dined at three different restaurants during our stay, and the food quality was consistently low. The professionalism of the service staff was also lacking. On one occasion, I observed staff carrying food with their thumbs inside the bowls, directly touching the food. Service was difficult due to communication issues. Several waiters avoided eye contact when we tried to request items, and some did not speak English, making basic interactions challenging. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its beautiful location and breathtaking landscape. Unfortunately, this alone does not compensate for the poor standards in cleanliness, food quality, and service. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Very well priced but food and drink not and quality not as we’d hoped.

The room was basic but clean and serviced during our stay. The bed was fairly comfortable. The hotel as a whole needs updating, well overdue a refurbishment throughout. There are signs of serious wear and tear. The hotel facilities were poor. The pool and gym area was dirty and the equipment limited with no working treadmill. There was no means of sanitation in the gym, felt very dirty

Beautiful area, spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Tv was also modern. However no frigde in the room, location is really beautiful but you need a car to get anywhere. Sinds its far from everything. Staff was as you’d expect but nothing special.

El alojamiento es muy bonito y está en una zona espectacular y tranquila, pero hicimos una reserva para tres personas y solo había dos camas... No dijimos nada porque solo era una noche, pero no entiendo que no nos pusiesen en una habitación triple.

Love the location of the property, away from main road and set back, not far from Brinchang town. Beautiful property ground, love our room facing the mountain! Staff was very friendly. Service and food at The Lantern Chinese restaurant was very good. Breakfast buffer was good but could improve with more rotation of different varieties of food. We stayed 3 nights and breakfast quickly became very repitative.

Excellent food at the Tudor Grill... Good service throughout hotel stay.

Rooms and offers are not worth the price. But this is a nice property at a good location.

Overall very good. Thank you for the special arrangements if room for elderly and wheelchair pax

Virkelig dejligt hotel i Cameron Highlands

Service was very slow and a couple of times the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Spacious room and nice location in the mountains though.

Beautiful surroundings. Quiet and peaceful, really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the hills.

Not for those without own transport. There is no grab car in cameron highlands. Taxi needs to book in advance. Road lead to hotel steep and narrow. Not safe to walk to city centre

Good stay

We loved the massive bed, massive rooms, massive bathrooms and the very clean surroundings

The place is good enough for a one-night stay for a big group such as a family of 6 like us. The international breakfast buffet also have a great variety that cater to various taste buds and someone who like to experience various cuisine like me. I enjoyed the room temperature swimming pool as well, especially in the chilling weather in Cameron. However, the room conditions is not fantastic and hence, it is good for just one to two nights. The customer service is good enough.
