방은 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 조명이 너무 어두워서 방이 충분히 밝지 않았습니다. TV는 여전히 아날로그였고 채널이 제한적이었습니다. 욕조의 자쿠지가 더 이상 작동하지 않는 것이 유감이었습니다.

I love the small concept of resort where it's just a walking distance from room to pool and to cafe. Spacious room and bathroom. Clean and no mosquito.

Place was okay but pretty pure hygiene wise. Room was dusty, there was some pile of dust on the bed when we arrived so we had to do some cleaning and those of you who are allergic to dust will definitely get all sneezy once you entered the room. Other part would be breakfast buffet, none of the cutleries were cleaned properly so many of us had to go to toilet to wash it ourselves before using. Food did not taste good excepr for nasi dagang bungkus from some shop.

Breakfast is terrible. Pukul 9 makanan banyak dah habis tapi xrefill. Kata sampai pukul 10.30? Limited choice, tambah-tambah plak limited quantity. Tak ada standard. RM400 bayar satu malam. Teruk sangat. Bilik lighting sangat teruk. Malap! Macam dduk dalam spa. Bayangkanlah. Bedsheet ada tahi cicak.

From my experience staying here, I really enjoy with the accommodations offered, plus, the room can be said comfortable to be stayed and chilled with family. the environment is good and can be a place to release stress. however, I would like to give comment on the wifi connection which we can't get accessed from our room. it might be difficult for us since the wifi couldn't be reached and didn't connect and I hope that it can be improved later.

It was excellent. Meet the expectation. Room and facilities was great. Family friendly. Easy access to the resort and elsewhere. Cozy ambient. Good food. Swimming pool need cleaning tho. Overall it was great. Highly recommended.

TV sound system is out of order. Requested for room service, yet nothing been done. Requested Ironing board, waited for a day, not delivered. Ignorant staff. A potential resort but you take for granted on these itsy- bitsy things.

The main frustration is due to no TV channel as internet cable was down so no wifi too. Toilet cleanliness is not so clean and the Spa bath tub water outlet seems stalked and need plumbing service. There is no bath mat provided for the toilet room. Guest also can’t make an intercom call to reception or hotel cafe for in room dining service as it is not provided. Other than these issues the landscape and surrounding is nice and lovely and the check in process is quite fast. Breakfast menu also is tasty and quite variety.
