W STUDIO RESORT SUITES

Staffnya sangat lama respon dan service kurang memuaskan. Tidak memberitahukan secara rencici fasilitas kamar (WiFi tidak dinyalakan begitu juga water heater, ditelepon baru diberitahukan). Internet tidak bisa konek sejak check-in sampai check-out pudhe telepon beberapa kali dan tidak ada perbaikan. (Serta tidak ada respon) kamar oke fasilitas dapur lengkap dan luas, dinding kamar agak kotor dan ada sarang laba-laba di sekeliling dek/plafon. Lokasi sangat bagus. Turun dari kamar sudah konek mal sunway piramid mal.

The room not clean & service room is not good.

actually the room very big and comfort, the actual problems are there's no office even though they give me their contact number, second was their wifi problems every day I have to chat their whats up number because their wifi name keep gone, every time we going out and come back their wifi name for sure will gone, they keep tell me tats their server problem, everyday and 1 day I will chat them for more than 4 times just for the wifi problem and another problem their room service, as I know room service will clean and changes our bed sheet etc, but in fact their just clean the room and never changes bed sheet etc.

The check in time was at 3 pm. I arrived earlier then 3 pm but they don't have the place to leave the luggage nor to wait for the room the be ready (they don't have a lobby!!!) Room was clean at the first sight. But after a while you will realized that all the dust will be up on your foot and even bellow of the table and chair. The toilet was clean tough. but the wardrobe was broken. I cannot open the sliding door of the wardrobe and it almost fall down and hit me! Furniture need to be updated. But for the price less than 80 usd I think it was worth it. Since the room is so big and spacious.

Good for visit at sunway mall and lagoon. Had small kitchen. sink. hot water. Iron. Toilet a bit run down. But overall good stay and value for money.

Great location with reasonable price rate. There are different management for same tower which was confusing and no check-in desk for W studio resort suites. But in general it was good experience.

Hotel tersebut seperti apartment bersih.

Matrasnya sudah tidak layak karena sudah terlalu lembek, sehingga terkesan miring kalau tidur. sofa kotor.

Luar biasa, 3hari menginap, kesan nya kamar nya luas. Pemandangan dari sudut mana pun, mata terhibur dan luar biasa nya, pelayanan kamar setiap hari tanpa tambahan biaya😍😍. Pokok nya the best deh.

Ini sejenis apartemen pelayanan standart cuma tempatnya luas dan bersih WiFi bagus.

Room is spacious with 2 beds, above Sunway Pyramid only. Internet down, going up the room is hassle as no access card provided. you will need guard or someone to access it.
