Room had everything we needed and was cleaned every day. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the pool on the roof was beautiful but it is a small unheated pool. Great stay. Would recommend.

We chose to travel at the end of the season meaning it was slightly less busy. The location was great and having access to the pool was an added bonus. Cleaning on one of the days wasn't done until after 5pm which was slightly inconvenient when trying to get ready but other than that zero complaints. The bed is a sofa bed but we were happy with the level of comfort.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff were so kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel extra special. The service was excellent, and the location couldn’t be better — everything was close by and it was super easy to get to the restaurant. Such a comfortable and friendly place, I’d definitely come back!

A clean, new place with a cute little rooftop pool (with great views of the area), a lift servicing all floors and friendly, accommodating staff. Rooms were really big, immaculate and I appreciated they had a separate bin for recycling. Fridge, tea and coffee was provided. Aircon worked a treat, water pressure was good and WiFi worked well. (The latter 3 things are often a challenge in Malta!) the basement rooms have a courtyard too which was a bonus. I’d definitely stay again.

Based on reviews this hotel did not meet my expectations. No towels provided at pool. Limited chairs at pool. Water was only provided for first day. No options for breakfast. 15 minutes walking to main areas and dining which isn’t a lot but challenging in August heat. I would recommend staying closer to the water if staying in Silema.

Small, boutique apart-hotel centrally located in a quiet and charismatic part of Sliema. Sliema’s main shopping areas and the waterfront promenade (for the water taxi to Valletta), Balutta Bay or St. Julian’s/Paceville are all easily reachable by foot within a 15-30 minutes. We had a car and always found (free) parking in the streets around, never more than 100m away. All staff encountered were exceptionally friendly and responsive. Yes, the pool on rooftop is small but it does the trick of cooling you off after a day out and though there’s really only enough room for 6-8 people at a time we never encountered more than 2-3. Highly recommend.

As I used to live close by to Balluta Bay in the 1960s this location was perfect and a blast from the past. Our Sliema Suite was brilliant and the pool on the roof with its panoramic view across to Valletta and St Julian’s a massive bonus. Wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again.

Impeccably clean suite and comfortable bed. Perfect place to rest and reset.

We had one of the best hotel experiences at The Sliema Suites! The staff, especially Karent, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a clear sense of thought and purpose behind every detail. They also offer a basement canteen, showers and secure baggage lockers for guests to use after check-out.. perfect if you have a late flight. It’s such a thoughtful touch that really enhances the experience. And the rooftop pool? Absolutely stunning!

Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Der Service war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend, das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und verfügen über alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage ist ideal – in nur 5 bis 10 Minuten erreicht man den Strand, und auch Restaurants und Geschäfte. Was uns ein wenig gestört hat, war die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Man hat leider recht viel von den Nachbarn mitbekommen, was manchmal etwas störend war. Trotzdem würden wir das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Apartment was very basic and lacking in warmth. Entrance is lovely and grand, but disappointed when we reached our room, it felt quite sterile. The view is of other buildings, so not ideal if you're after a scenic outlook. Good location as far as distance to the ocean, and lovely rooftop pool. Never saw/met any staff on site, self checked in.

Lækkert og centralt hotel i sliema. Dog virkede min aircondition ikke. Dette var ikke et problem grundet de endnu tålelige temperaturer. Men om en måned er der nok ulideligt hvis ikke de ordner dette. Dog gjorde jeg heller ikke opmærksom på det, og jeg er sikker på de havde bragt det i orden hvis jeg havde gjort opmærksom på problemet.

Pros - lovely apartment, incredibly clean, hotel staff super helpful, PIN code entrance made sharing the apartment very easy. Cons - definitely not the sea view we paid for, the pool is incredibly small, and only 6 loungers. Our balcony never had the sun. Overall lovely apartment if you are after a base for a city break. I would not boon this again if I wanted a more chill by the pool holiday.
