Apartment was very basic and lacking in warmth. Entrance is lovely and grand, but disappointed when we reached our room, it felt quite sterile. The view is of other buildings, so not ideal if you're after a scenic outlook. Good location as far as distance to the ocean, and lovely rooftop pool. Never saw/met any staff on site, self checked in.

Lækkert og centralt hotel i sliema. Dog virkede min aircondition ikke. Dette var ikke et problem grundet de endnu tålelige temperaturer. Men om en måned er der nok ulideligt hvis ikke de ordner dette. Dog gjorde jeg heller ikke opmærksom på det, og jeg er sikker på de havde bragt det i orden hvis jeg havde gjort opmærksom på problemet.

Pros - lovely apartment, incredibly clean, hotel staff super helpful, PIN code entrance made sharing the apartment very easy. Cons - definitely not the sea view we paid for, the pool is incredibly small, and only 6 loungers. Our balcony never had the sun. Overall lovely apartment if you are after a base for a city break. I would not boon this again if I wanted a more chill by the pool holiday.

La struttura è pulita, nuova e confortevole. La posizione è strategica, a circa 900mt dal lungomare di Sliema e ad altrettanti da St.julian's. A piedi ci sono alcuni tratti in salita, ma Malta è così dappertutto. La reception è operativa dalle 09.00 alle 17.00, se arrivate più tardi vi verrà inviato un codice per entrare in camera. Il personale è molto gentile. Le camere sono spaziose, angolo cottura, letto comodo, prodotti da bagno rimpiazzati giornaliermente, tv con canali Rai e mediaset, servizio di pulizia compreso. Essendo in una zona molto tranquilla la notte non si sente nessun rumore. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono alcuni shop alimentari. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato

Avis : J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appart-hôtel situé dans un quartier calme de Sliema. L’hôtel est très bien équipé et offre un environnement paisible, idéal pour se reposer. La chambre était impeccable et nettoyée tous les jours, un vrai plus pour un séjour confortable. La petite piscine sur le toit est un vrai atout, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de visites. Le personnel est très accueillant et à l’écoute, toujours prêt à répondre aux besoins des clients. L’emplacement est également parfait : à quelques pas des arrêts de bus et à seulement 10 minutes à pied du ferry pour La Valette, ce qui rend les déplacements très pratiques. Je recommande fortement cet appart-hôtel, c’est une adresse où je retournerai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour à Malte !

Chouette appartement très propre et confortable. Vue sur la mer au loin. Bâtiment de 6 étages + piscine sur le toit (petite, environ 5*3 m²). Un peu de marche à pieds si vous venez en bus. 2 prises non fonctionnelles et il manque certains équipements (lampes de chevet, cafetière, etc) ainsi que les produits de cuisine de base (sel, poivre, huile)

Very nice place, with big rooms and well located. The water pressure of the shower is far too low, it was very annoying!

A really nice and clean place to stay in sliema. We stayed in a room with sea view and terrace and can recommend it without any doubt. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Malta.

Really great apartment building, the room was very modern and spacious. Felt like a little home away from home. It was disappointing there was a time limit on the pool and it does get loud with doors slamming/people moving in different rooms but generally on a quiet street so it wasn’t too disruptive. It’s not super central so keep that in mind you will need to walk a bit to get to the main places around Sliema.

Fantastic location easily located to walk to the ferry crossing and to the heart of sliema or travel to valette. Beautiful building on quite residential street and easy late arrival procedure. Room was a little noisy when other guests came back late at night with loud pin code and door shutting but otherwise a lovely place to stay. Even better if there was hanging space for clothes, plenty of shelves but not hanging room. Iron was available on request but no ironing board. Hair dryer was good and powerful.

Struttura eccellente, pulitissima e personale super cordiale, unica nota la salita che separa l’hotel dal centro.

Lovely and very clean rooms. Great location close to bars and the sea. Everything was within 15 min walking distance. The only downside was that we booked a balcony room and on arrival we noticed there was no balcony, only a tiny window. Couldn't find anyone to talk to. Overall a great place to stay and I would recommend it to everyone.
