Incredible staff, very helpful. I loved the privacy of my hut. It was quiet and picturesque. Short tuk tuk ride to beach.

Staff was so nice, helpful…They have two cenotes beautiful.

The staff and service here was phenominal. I had no complàints with this place. They made sure we enjoyed our stay and they were super friendly and their english was very good.

The property was quite loud during my stay and not relaxing like I had hoped. I ended up leaving a day early at my own expense as a result.

Accommodation : The tent was awesome, nice bed. Staff were amazing and helpfull. Also the Cenote inside the property available 24/7.

I absolutely loved my stay here. Beautiful place, the restaurant is exceptional, the included breakfast fresh and delicious, and the staff are amazing.

Excelente atención, siempre nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos y nos ayudaron mucho todo el tiempo cuando se nos complicaba algo. La mejor experiencia de glamping que he tenido.

La Riviera Maya en el corazón de la selva. Un glamping con todas las comodidades. ¿Deseas refrescarte? Increíble, puedes hacerlo en un cenote ¿Deseas relajarte y explorar la selva. Sólo tienes que salir de la cabaña: monos, aves, iguanas. Espacios ideales para meditar. ¿Quieres ir a una de las playas más bonitas? la tienes a 5 minutos en bicicleta que, te prestan sin costo, en el hotel. Disfrutar la riviera maya de una manera natural.

Solo traveler. Felt safe from day one. Staff courteous and very friendly. Accommodations met all my needs.

Lovely location. Loved seeing the spider monkey overhead and iguanas wandering. The fishspa is something special for Noth Americans. People seemed to enjoy the monkey sanctuary. We will do that next visit.

Beautiful quiet glamping in the jungle. Nice staff. Great food. Comfortable bed and hot shower.

This is one hundred percent my fault but I noped out about 20 minutes after arriving. There was a spider in our bed the size of the back of my hand. After that, every bead of sweat may as well have been another one. I couldn’t do it. I’m not a wealthy person but I had booked a week and ‘gave up’ my $650-700 plus $$$ cab ride back to playa del Carmen within an hour of arriving. I’m happy to have donated to what seems like a very good cause at least. Never even made it to the animal sanctuary or a cenote. The staff was very understanding and helped us get right back on track… Welcome to the jungle 😜

Ventilator wasn't enough to cool the tent and was very lound (when it was on one could not hear the sounds of the jungle). Cenotes were lovely, we enjoyed especially the fish spa. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. There was no white wine in the restaurant, but I think it was a temporary problem 😊

What I loved: Feeling like we were in a secluded location in the jungle. The beautiful setting. The wonderful staff. They really made everyone feel welcomed and appreciated. And when my arrival was delayed, it was easy to communicate with them via WhatsApp. The resident cat. Comfortable rooms with ensuite bathrooms. The semi-outdoor shower in the bathroom. Our visit to the animal rescue. Bicycles you can borrow. Although the menu lists separate breakfast and dinner menus, I asked for an omelette at dinner and they gladly made one. What I didn't love, but still liked it: Cold shower - to be fair, the info page does mention this, I just didn't read carefully enough. Not actually as isolated in the jungle as you think. I could hear some neighbor's music late into the night, but not in a fun, enjoy the music kind of way. Earplugs helped. The bathroom was just a bit more rustic than I expected. It was still fine and functional. The friend I traveled with was initially a bit skeptical, because she is accustomed to sales conferences in fancy, chain hotels. Our stay, and the staff, won her over. She loved staying "somewhere different" and she loved our visit to the animal rescue. One note, the lead photo on Expedia is misleading. Akumal Natura is not on or near the beach.
