엘 시드 그라나다 호텔

It was nice to have a heated pool as the other pools where cold and it was nice but if your looking to just relax this pool was the answer. Also the staff where great always saying hello and the 2 Carlos were awesome at the front desk!

Staff friendly

I have always been impressed with the staff, Front desk, Buffett and Room cleaners. The Buffett is great with the option of some items from the grill.

Que triste que una cadena de hoteles tan emblemática en mazatlán como el cid esté en estas pésimas condiciones las habitaciones sucias las instalaciones destruidas y muy mal servicio. El colmo de todo fue que nos cobraron 500 pesos extra por el uso de instalaciones, que absurdo y que decepción. No vayan por favor.

La comida me pareció buena y la cama muy cómoda.

Es un hotel ya con sus habitaciones “Deterioradas, el clima no funcionaba, la primer noche horrible, al segundo día pedí que me cambiaran de habitación y lo hicieron pero a una de menor Gama por así decirlo. En el tercer piso estaba muy bien con Frigobar, cocina, toallas , batas, pantuflas del hotel pero en el segundo piso pues…. Ya no fue lo mismo. Tienes que caminar hasta el Cid Castilla para poder desayunar comer y cenar.

There was a group of 8 people that stayed at this hotel. 3 of our group got really sick with food poisoning. We really didnt eat out of the hotel so we got sick from the food they served. My spouse ended in the hospital due to the food poisoning. Do not recommend.

Staff were awesome, the place is a little dated, but otherwise clean and bright.

Las instalaciones excelentes, la limpieza y el servicio muy bien, sólo tuvimos un inconveniente en el restaurante "El Patio" hay te tratan muy mal, te hacen caras y hacen mucha discriminación, porque junto con nosotros entraron unos extranjeros y a ellos los llenaban de atenciones y nós teníamos que estar buscando al personal para que nos pudieran acercar una cuchara, un tenedor, la verdad preferiríamos caminar hasta el restaurante "La Pérgola" porque hay la atención era muy buena.

Disfruté mucho mi estancia!!! En esta ocasión fuimos en un viaje de amigas, aunque también he ido en el pasado con mi familia e igualmente lo hemosn disfrutado bastante, es un lugar muy agradable. El hotel es muy hermoso, pesé a ser uno de los más antiguos de la zona, las instalaciones son muy buenas. Nosotras reservamos en Granada, pero estaba en mantenimiento así que nos enviaron a Castilla, sin costos adicionales, tuvimos una vista hermosa de la alberca y vista parcial al mar, el clima no fue el mejor, pero eso ya no depende de ellos (eviten visitar Mazatlán en febrero, ya que hace mucho frío y nos contaron que cada año es así) El personal fue súper amable, atent@ y servicial. Las piscinas son hermosas, aunque en mi estancia solo una estaba "templada" (para mí gusto aún así se sentía algo fría, pero insisto el clima no ayudaba). Las camas son súper cómodas, yo soy algo delicada con ese tema, pero la verdad no batalle nada para dormir y descansar perfectamente. No dan cobertores adicionales, pero puedes pedir más y te los llevan sin problemas. Los espectáculos son de muy buena calidad y la comida, wow! Es deliciosa!! Y muy variada. El único detalle fue la limpieza de nuestro cuarto, ya que, desde nuestra llegada el baño no se veía, ni olía del todo limpio, el resto de la experiencia fue asombrosa, tienen varias actividades de día y de noche así que no necesitas salir para divertirte. Definitivamente volveré, aunque no en febrero. Pd. La app no me dejó subir fotos

We stayed here for 2 weeks. There is only 1 restaurant on the property and you need reservations for dinner and if you dont call early in the morning you are not going to get them. It is not open every night either. If you want coffee before 7am you have to use the coffee pot in your room which thwy charge you for. If tou want to utilize the all inclusive buggets tou have to go to the hotel across the street. They do not provide pop or water in your room like other hotels we have stayed at. So again after 5 pm you have to walk across the street to the other hotel. If you drink alcohol the pool has limited service from 10am to 5pm. Now the staff was extremely friendly and professional. Room was clean, pool is heated and its a very quiet resort.

We did not realize when we booked but booking through Expedia gave us extra perks beyond booking through other websites. These perks were only explained once we were at the property and are not listed anywhere on Expedia.
