Love the hotel, food was delicious, the staff was very helpful, Roxanna and Aurelio made the best drinks! The folks at the front desk gave us the best recommendations to eat locally, and the beach view was amazing! Everywhere is walkable! Nos encantó el hotel! La comida estuvo deliciosa! El staff fue muy amable! Roxana y Aurelio hacen los cockteles deliciosos! La recepcionista nos dió las mejores recomendaciones para comer en restaurantes locales! La playa estuvo preciosa! Se puede caminar a todos lados!

Remember you’re on an island so there are certain things that you might have to adjust to, such as minor power outages due to weather or power surges on the island. We experienced a 4hr power outage due to bad weather but the staff were so accommodating and actively working to regain power to the property. Property is being constantly cleaned and sand raked, cleaning services to the room as needed. Beach club closes at 9pm So the property is quiet in the evening to allow rest . No tv in rooms, AC yes. Beautiful location, your own quiet beach in comparison to other boutique hotels. I’ve stayed here 3 times

El lugar bien ubicado, su cuarto limpio y todo en buen estado. El desayuno americano con buen sabor. Su playa limpia, tranquila justo para relajarse .

Overall, our experience was good but not great. The staff were a bit rude and the service at the beach club lacked customer service. When we checked in, the bathroom window was open and the screen was broken so mosquitoes were coming on. On top of that, they were doing some kind of maintenance or something and the smell of spray paint was coming into the room.

Awesome stay

Det var andra gången vi bodde på Holbox Dream och vi gillar det perfekta läget på stranden och att det bara är en kort promenad in till centrum. Rummen är bra och vi hade en fin utsikt över poolen, stranden och havet från vår balkong. Frukosten var god och det fanns lite av varje att välja på. Stranden är jättefin och det är en härlig sandbotten när man går i och badar. Sedan förra gången vi var där hade hotellet blivit en beach club. Det var stora solsängar på stranden som vi fick utnyttja och även stolar och bord där man kunde sitta och äta och dricka. Däremot fanns det ingen plats om man ville ligga på en handduk direkt på sanden.

Todo el personal antiguo súper bien, pero dos chicas. He as en repcepción tenían actitud antipática y de mala gana al parecer una de ellas es la nueva encargada! Atentos con eso por personas así uno puede no volver y vaya que anteriormente hemos ido 5 o 6 veces

Me gustaria cuidaran el ruido hacia las habitaciones. Habia una especie de lavanderia cercana a la habitacion con ruido continuo en horarios nocturnos..para descanso. El personal debe ser un poco mas amable el del restaurante de la Playa, y debe haber estacionamiento mas accesible para bicicletas cercana al restaurante frente la playa, bebida de cortesia muy rica. si hace falta tv en las habitaciones. En recepcion si atendieron mis preguntas, mas falta un poco mas de calidez en el trato. Muy bien la vista de laplaya y el frente de la misma. bonita decoracion.

Le hotel me encanto si el restaurant tuviera más variedad de alimentos aunque los cobraran sería perfecto

El desayuno era bufet y muy sencillo pero rico, sobre todo los chilaquiles. Buen servicio en el comedor.
